I think RCTW is a step up from RCT3, I like what I'm seeing but yeah the coasters could be a bit better. no limits is certainly the king of coaster builders, you mention the middle ground in my view that is theme park studio. Sounds like a bunch of new rides are coming to theme park studio pretty soon, be interesting to see how rctw and tps compare on the rides.

I had to to take a break from playing recently for a few weeks due to a family emergency, but yes I'm still playing and making parks and having fun with it also. I'm in to the landscape and trees more than the coasters though. I think this one is my best and biggest park to date My most recent Others I thought turned out well.

Added some night lighting to the park today just to see how it would look at night. After adding torches to the first path I had to light up the entire park, simply amazing walking around in 1st person mode now. The video is going to take forever to record though, so many things to show off in this park !

All eight phases are done, they will be adding more rides, few more coasters types, bug fixes, and maybe some added stuff before the beta starts. It's fully playable right now, pretty stable for an early access game.

What started out as a crazy idea ended up turning out pretty cool, build a quick steel coaster, added some trees and Z Force turned out pretty good. [youtu_be] [/youtu_be]

Phase 8 was just released tonight, used a park I had worked on and off on and turned on the guests, pretty neat to see them fill the park. Recorded some video and well here it is, did not record any first person mode but it was just as neat, boarding coasters and riding in different cars also gave a new perspective to the coasters, being able to look around the park was a nice touch too. pretty cool ride, all your rides are great. Really like the light effects on this one.

Thanks guys, been using this trick on some other coasters just playing around and it works out pretty well for most pieces, not perfect but certainly can improve the default track.
