looks like the forklifts are bringing back another piece! Maybe the camelback maybe completed by tomorrow? maybe!?

if anything. the trim might me just used for a sensor just like the one on Banshee was . They never turned the trim on Banshee on so maybe its just there for the computer.

Not a big construction update but looks like the formation for the space buggies is up and is not filled with concrete!

thanks guys for the feedback on the slingshot rides. i might ride the one at KI this year! Looks like the camelback before the helix is starting to go upwards.

Did anyone notice the tweet from Michael Fehnel today? Demolition for the Slingshot ride has started ! Are Slingshots any good? i've never rode the one at my home park (Kings Island)

They've Started to re-assemble the diamondback cars as well. Greg Scheid put a picture of the new Coke Market Place out on his Twitter. Looks to be really nice! Coke Marketplace for 2015. Across from Hanks Burrito Shack Diamondback Cars

Looks like it may well be completed today! looks like either the one or two pieces of track (looks like theres about two more pieces to join the assembled ones) that are left are assembled and are ready to be lifted up. Im not the first to say it but This thing is going up pretty fast!

basically all the season pass thing is discounts for things in the Cincinnatti Area and an early reservation for Hotel Breakers

it looks like as if the concrete for the Flying scooters has been poured!. Finally they come back!

^ good point. The waterpark is indeed in for some new stuff. Maybe more on the thrill side like "looping" waterslides? they havent seen anything new since the the conversion in 2004 or so. KI has some green grass that people do not use over by the newly built wave pool. Maybe they could bring back the three big slides that where once there when it was waterworks or something close to it. Only time and Cedar Fair will tell

All in all, we'll just have to wait till Opening Day of 2015 to see if any construction has started. Or at least some signs of construction. remember how banshee started out?

^ i tried joining it. my season pass has been renewed and i entered the right numbers it asked for but it wouldnt let me join. In other words, i think cedar fair should invest in a little something like Maverick for KI. The only problem is where to put it. I would say either between the racer and flight of fear and then use the area where Son Of Beast's "Rose Bowl" was or they could take out the Vortex and put something there. By all means i love the Vortex for what its worth, but over the past 5 years or so, its just got rougher and rougher every year. I say 2016 is a good year for KI and maybe possibly a new coaster. (KI almost always gets a new coaster a year after Cedar Point does )
