I've never posted a PTR before and want to know how to do it. I have some good shots from the SFA meet this past saturday and want to share them with everyone. Someone help me please!!!!!!!

Just to inform everyone that is coming to the Six Flags America meet. You will not be able to bring book bags, purses or any personal items with you in the que lines for both "The Wild One" & "Superman : Ride of Steel". The park has installed lockers for both of these coasters that you must use if you have bags. Its either use the lockers or leave your stuff with a non-rider. Lockers are a on a one-time use basis. The cost is $2.00 for a small locker and $3.00 for a larger locker. Remember these are the only 2 coasters in the park doing this. You can bring your bags in the que lines of every other ride in the park. Quazi

Well, I went to opening day @ SFA and it was very refreshing. There's new paint everywhere and the employees are alot friendlier this year. Only downfall this year was that Superman and Joker's Jinx weren't open. I'm sure they have fixed the problem since. Things are really looking up for SFA. Typoon is closed right now, but scheduled to open later this spring as SKULL MOUNTAIN. Ultra twister will not be operating ever at SFA. There is a rumor that the park will be getting the Batman coaster from Astroworld next year. But as of right now, it's just a rumor. There are new Looney tunes characters in the park this year as well such as Elmer Fudd, K-9, Granny, Wiley Cyote and Pitunia! I think your really gonna like what they've done to the park though. HOw do you get away with video taping on roller coaster's and rides of the such? Everytime I go to shoot an on-ride video, I'm told to leave the camera at the station. Somebody help me please with this problem!!!!

Ok folks, here's the skiny! Upon my visit to six flags america yesterday, I've come to the conclusion that as of right nowstoring the Ultra Twister. I spoke briefly with the new head of the park, who happened to run the New Orleans parks. He was reluctant to tell me anyhing about the ride. All i could get out of him, was that the park was working on alot of new things. But that the Ultra Twister was NOT in the plans as of yet. So, who know right now whats going on with it. The ride IS onsite in its entirety though. That i can comfirm! 've attached the only pics i could get of it. Sorry for the quality, but i could only get these pics from the lifthill of the Superman coaster!!!!By the way, Iron eagle has been completely removed. The flying bobs has been moved to where the chaos ride was, but its still not done yet. Also, as i was waiting in line to get in, a tractor trailer full of new trains for Roar arrived at the park.

2007 - Ultra Twister - Rumor - (1/26/06) We’ve heard from a local source who confirms seeing Ultra Twister pieces on site at the park on the back of a truck. (1/16/06) A reader has confirmed a sighting of Ultra Twister track on the back of a truck heading towards the DC area on I-66 outside of Manassas, VA. Even better... they took pictures! Thanks for the great shots! If you’d like to compare these to photos of the real ride, check out the Ultra Twister photo gallery at Six Flags Houston. (1/13/06) I’m not sure I got the exact working right on this message, but it sounds like some pieces of Ultra Twister may now be on site at the park somewhere. Can anyone verify this? (10/24/05) This isn’t exactly the park that I thought might get this unique ride, but we’ve heard a rumor that SFA is being considered as the new home for Astroworld’s Ultra Twister, currently the only Togo Ultra Twister in existence outside of Japan. Considering that the ride was once at SFGAdv, not too far up the freeway from SFA, I would have thought that a park in another region of the country may have had better luck marketing it as a new ride. this very well may be an 06 attraction. No, they wouldn't advertise a ride like this this early in the game. I have connections at the park who will give me some better insight tommorrow on this project. Look for my posts this sunday.

yes, it does have a volcano theme. It has more effect at night with the smoke and lights. By the way, thier go-kart tracks kick butt. It's like 3 levels.

any updates as to when Tatsu will be opening up?????
