  11. Maybe it's because I'm on a mobile device but the link doesn't appear to work. ah, try this one Mark Brunner Storm Chaser Photos You need to sign in to Facebook mobile to view the photos.
  12. The link below will show you the progress on the Storm Chaser Construction, brought to you by the same guy who took the Lightning Run Photos a few years ago. Mark Brunner Storm Chaser Photos
  13. So awesome to see track is getting added now, who else noticed the KK "Kentucky Kingdom" stamp on the ibox track in the right corner? Also, its quite something to see that steel structure, just think about the work of building all that. Every bolt in that picture on each steel piece on that whole thing.
  14. That was not a good choice of a color for that, I would liked to have seen the Skycatcher base yellow to go with the orange Ferris wheel to the left and the red T3 to the right. It would of stood out more.
  15. Kentucky Kingdom - Screamscape Park News - (3/11/15) According to Kentucky Kingdom, the old Dragster cars once at the park were sold off to another park, and the Greezed Lightning trains are no longer on site either, so it seems the photo sent in was a bit old. Shame... Well, that takes care of that rumor.
  16. Kentucky Kingdom left two replies to people who asked about the Greezed Lightnin' trains on Kentucky Kingdom's Facebook *Kentucky Kingdom Stay tuned for updates. Always new and exciting things happening : ) *Kentucky Kingdom Stay tuned! We will keep you posted on all the latest and greatest additions. We are the official source of information so we will be posting the most accurate information! If one of the new attractions does turn out to be something for the Greezed Lightnin' trains, that would be so awesome combined with T3 and the new rides.
  17. This does not look good, if you look at the picture, it seems its behind the shed next to bluebeard's bounty and when you factor in the big space beside it which could be used for the runway. It would seem its going to be a paid attraction put in that spot of all places. Think of the noise that those dragsters make, I don't think people are gonna care for it when they're sitting down trying to have a quiet time eating because they won't be that far away from it. Of course this won't be the case if they don't plan on staying behind that shed.
  18. Some people might not be a fan of one color for all on a coaster but I think it looks awesome. That side of the park needed something bright and vibrant to stand out and it sure will with it being sunny outside. Maybe there could be a surprise regarding the trains, it might be something nobody has thought of for the trains to enhance a coaster like an SLC. Who knows but Ed Hart seems to always have something up his sleeve.
  19. Here is another photo of T3 by Matthew Grauberger on twitter.
  20. Here is the new rides for next year at Kentucky Kingdom. They made good choices with the two new family thrill rides that the park really needed that most other parks have. http://www.courier-journal.com/story/news/local/2014/09/25/new-things-kentucky-kingdom/16180583/
  21. I don't see a big deal with the leg restraints, they're just there to keep your shin from hitting the lap bar frame. Mike and Dick Chance legs ain't really touching them in the video, just there as a precaution.
  22. Yep, Chance Rides has posted the Rider Cam POV for all to see.
  23. I guess the purple metallic color rumor for the other train turned out correct. 5-14-2014 Mark Brunner Lightning Run Photos
  24. I guess Kentucky Kingdom didn't like Mark Brunner posting that on his Facebook page since he has now deleted it. Below is what he said yesterday. Mark Brunner Facebook
  25. Looks like Lightning Run is now testing. Mark Brunner Facebook
