  1. Would it be possible for this to be on android?
  2. Goddamn, that thing has a bumpiness level comparable to that of a freight train! Also, what's up with the camels?
  3. WOW! News reporters are so dumb when it comes to parks! That's because it's FOX
  4. Speaking of dangerous, look at that beautifully deigned restraint system. Probably gives it some really good air-time
  5. There are 4 possible things I could do when I go onto youtube: ~ I go to My Subscriptions. I then click on the first video I see that I really want to see (if it's made by someone I love like ukinojoe, timmyfelldownthewell, cyriak, tpr, etc.). I usually then go on a long video watching spree sprouting from that video. To do this, I click on one of the related videos of that video, watch it, then click on a related video of that, and so-on and so-forth. ~ I have something i want to search in mind, so I go to the search bar and search it. This also sprouts a video spree. ~ I go to one of my subscription's channels and watch their old videos. ~ I go back to my favorites list and watch them again.
  6. Aw hell, I thought that was hilarious. I can see that being a caricature of oblivious GPers that overblow the stats of rides. yeah, this one person actually believed it was true, so she told me about it and that's how i found out about it
  7. http://www.theonion.com/articles/busch-gardens-unveils-new-9600milelong-endurance-c,36691/ Not sure if GP or not . . .
  8. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=roLfpRue0sQ skip to 21:00 and see what he mistakes a ferris wheel for! and in the movie, how would the kid even start falling in the first place?
  9. My school went on a field trip to Kennywood yesterday, and surprisingly there were almost no GP-isms! While not an actual GP-ism, this is still pretty hilarious: So on Aero 360, I didn't have anyone to ride with so I sat with a group of strangers kids. 2 of them were black. The older of the two (who was probably in high school) asked the ride attendant if he could take his shoes off, and the younger (and significantly smaller) one was quickly and humorously yelling "OH HELL NO NOBODY WANTS TO SMELL YOUR FEET THEY'RE NASTY THEY SMELL BAD LIKE ONIONS" and stuff like that. During the whole ride, the older one was constantly yelling "SH*T SH*T SH*T SH*T F*CK F*CK F*CK F*CK", then when the ride significantly slowed down in the middle of going down so it can stop, everyone (but me) was scared as frick because they thought it broke down. After the ride ended and we were waiting for the operator to lift the restraints, the smaller one said "WOW THAT WAS AWESOME FIRST I WAS UPSIDE DOWN THEN I WASN'T THEN I WAS BACK UPSIDE DOWN" and so on. It was pretty funny I'm also gonna laugh at all the kids who lost their phones trying to take "Roller Coaster Selfies"
  10. a few days ago in science class we were talking about roller coasters. we're going on a field trip to kennywood in june, so the teacher had a picture which she said was was the newest coaster at kennywood. yesterday i searched "roller coaster" on google images because i was bored, and i found what i think is the exact same picture so i thought i could share it with you all. this was the picture: so of course being the hero i am, i raised my hand and politely informed her that it was demon. i forget exactly what we were saying in the argument, but at one point she pointed to demon's lift hill in the background and said "see here's the sooperdooperlooper" or something like that
  11. once on this one camping trip i was talking to my uncle and i told him that i want to be a coaster designer, so for the rest of the trip there was a high level of gp-isms coming from him, like once at lunch or something he pointed to me and said "reiss here is gonna design the world's biggest roller coaster when he's older!, but wtf i never said that. then once he was talking about "the superman at six flags marine world in california", and at the time i still wasn't a full enthusiast yet, so i got cunfused because i knew there was sfdk and sfmm in california, but i never heard of marine world. when we got home i kept googling marine world but it kept coming up with sfdk so i was confused
  12. i know and usually i don't pay attention to unrealistic things, but when it comes to roller coasters or amusement parks in general, i get more strict. like on spongebob's glove world i hate how that tall swingy ride just spins at the top and you never see it come down to load, but i'm ok with the episode tunnel of glove even though there were buttons that would never be on an irl ride because that is humorous, but the swing ride is unacceptable
  13. Of course it doesn't.. I meant it goes faster than Rock 'n' Roller Coaster which is why I added that on top of that, there is a ride that goes faster than 90mph at the park being Superman EFK. oh ok sorry i said that because you said you were in line for X2 then rocknrollercoaster going 90mph and x2 goes faster than THAT, which made me think you were talking about the 90mph EDIT: wtf why did it post twice?

  15. i don't think X2 goes >90mph anyways, here's a very gp-like thing that happened in that cartoon network show "the amazing world of gmball". gumball and darwin went on a roller coaster. the first gp thing that happens is that the ride is named "stomach destroyer," i mean seriously? at least spongebob got creative with fiery fist o' pain! so anyways, the show has irl photos for backgrounds, and the background was some eurofighter painted yellow with purple supports. and gumball and darwin were the only people there! not an operator in sight! at least in sanjay and craig there was an operator (although he said he didn't give a crud that they had a heart condition)! so anyways, then when the ride started, they started lifting up the vertical loop! then it showed them at the top of the lift, and it was the actual lift hill this time (thank god), but they were going up the drop (ok nevermind, i'm taking that thanks back)! and when it dropped, it just suddenly accelerated down, and when they looked their ride picture, it was them on a wooden coaster. all hope is now lost
  16. just last night i had a dream that my family took me to busch gardens williamsburg, but i only went on 4 rides, 3 of which were coasters. the other one was some weird dark ride, and it started out with us going into a big room, and it was themed to look like a medieval castle, and we sat on these benches and then my mom leaned over to me and whispered "this room looks a lot like dizzy lizzy's"(lmao what?). then the operator said something and then the walls started closing in. and when we were about to get crushed the lights went out and then we were on these lit-up floating blue circular platforms that only had these little red handles to hold onto. they were quickly moving around everywhere and then they stopped and then we were suddenly on the benches again but they were floating, and then we shot up some chimney thing with fire effects and then we were suddenly on the circle things again, but they had OTSR's on them. they then started flipping around like a gyroscope ride thing. then it was over. during the whole ride i was worried about a tornado coming and sweeping the building up...
  17. http://www.theonion.com/articles/report-40000-people-died-on-ferris-wheels-this-sum,26414/ this whole article
  18. on tpr's pov of Kawasemi at Tobu Zoo, i wrote "omg they copyed sky rusher at hershy park!" to see people reactions EDIT: oh and back when i was like 7 my 8 year old cousin convinced me that sooperdooperlooper had 3 loops in a row, so i imagined it being something that looked oddly similar to an arrow looper with 3 loops in a row, with the same color scheme as sidewinder (also at the time a hadn't been to hershey sicne i was 2
  19. lmao just today at school alot of kids were talking about kennywood (because we're having a field trip there in may), i'll show you some of the gems i heard: at first i had a little hope for kid 2, but that was completely obliterated when he said "but it goes straight up" because that's actually possible and also once i was talking to my uncle about rides and i said idlewild needed a pirate ship ride, then he said "wait really? i figured it would have one since it's a water park!" there's at least 2 things wrong with that statement: 1. idlewild isn't a waterpark! 2. why would a water park have a pirate ship ride or let alone any non-water ride at all?
  20. A comment on a sooperdooper looper video: "Oh my god. That ride Is dangerous. On the loop, the magnet messes with your head and pulls it into the seat", seriously, what does that even mean!? And these people who just moved into my neighborhood came from florida, so they've been to all the floradian parks. i'm friends with one of their kids and he always has something gp to say, first he thought rip ride rockit was called "the hollywood rocket", then he was saying how he almost fell out and whenever i tried to tell him that it was a different type of restraint that made it feel like that he was like "omg no adfsgwjdk i almost fell out", and his little sister said "we're going to six flags this summer, they have a roller coaster where it jumps off the track!" . . . no words
