  1. No... I'll give you guys a hint. It's in Memphis, TN.
  2. Keystone Amusements Company(Owner of Oakwood Amusement Park, and Hearton Woods) is expanding their operation to the tropical south. In southern Florida, the tropical climate calls for a modern resort park. So far we have the monorail that transports guests from the actual resort to an amusement park just 3/4 of a mile to the west. The avenue leading to the park's parking lot is cooling, and hardening, along with the sidewalk concrete. The monorail performing a final test, and the avenue coming down the large hill. Palm trees line the hillside with the beautiful clear tropical sky above.
  3. OMG people! He is primarily on SGW. It has gone waaayyyy past this. You'd be amazed.
  4. A large park vs. an evil church.
  5. No. C'mon guys! I thought this one would have been easy!
  6. Ooooo... Sky swat. If only it were functional.
  7. Toaster? It's name is greyhound and it's from spring lake amusement park
  8. ^^Yeah, I thought so too. Thanks! ^Thanks! Mudslide built in 1977 was the park's first steel coaster. Built by Schwarzkopf, it dives down close to the terrain and even goes underground. The coaster's classic double loop followed by the MCBR with a dive down towards the water, along with a pizza restaurant, and a skeeball game. Mudslide's station, and a tilt-a-whirl. Another restaurant has been placed near both rides. The final helix, still needs some theming/foliage. One final look at a train diving down into the ground.
  9. ^^The reason I covered it up was because it was right on the edge of the map, and it looked bad with the terrain edge. ^Thank you. Alabama Adventure was the only name I had that popped right into my head.
  10. Hello TPR! I usually do RCT3 related Items. I've never done a detailed RCT2 park before. I actually like the way it's turning out. The parking tolls. $7 for adults $5 for children under 14. The main entrance. It has a very forest feel to it. A small little teaser for the first revealed coaster. I know it could use a little touching up, but it's part storyline park part WIP park.
  11. My new standalone themed ride. It is an intamin wingrider launch coaster, themed to a runaway train carrying barrels of gunpowder. The support structure is nearly complete. I just need to add flanges, and footers. I've also gotten some better terrain textures down(not final though), a small lake, and I've gotten the general path layout. The launch were an explosion awaits at the end. A small bit of mine themeing. This is a small coal mine entrance, with a train waiting for the load of coal. The unique dive, simmilar to the stormrunner banked rise only it goes down. An extreme banked curve over water, where the guests on the far left seats will nearly skim the water. And finally the zero g roll over the exit pathway. There will be more in next update! See ya!
  12. OMG Tomes! Is that top one from Fisher?!?!?!
  13. You would be amazed at how fast its progressed over at SGW.
  14. I've never ever done a full themed stand alone ride before. I guess this is a first for me. Kullgruve, an intamin wingrider, is themed to a runaway train carrying barrels of gunpowder. So far I have the layout, and some of the beginning terrain textures. I think it turned out well!
  15. This is my first revealed park with custom content from rct2. It is still a major WIP. Hope you all like it.
  16. Holy crap Coupon! If this is for a new park by you cant wait to see it!
  17. James' Blog Entry 125 So I ventured into the worst kept park in history. Hearton Woods is a nightmare that has already happened. The entrance building is just a small pointless building sitting in the middle of the tar pathway. The Mainstreet is where one of the problems lies. The big white building is all boarded up because park management doesn't want to spend a dime restoring it. I'm surprised the authorities haven't ordered its demolition. The Tilt-A-Whirl is a terrible experience. It is rough and it needs some maintenance. Makes me nauseous just looking at the thing, and the sign looks like it was slapped together with stencils and an unsteady hand. The Wine Cellar is a building that doesn't even belong in a mainstreet area. More like medieval times. Who even had the Idea to build this contrasting structure? The carousel at the end of the street isn't event open half the time due to ride malfunctions. It might have been the best ride at the park. I didn't get to ride it though. An unfinished park project that was supposed to open 2 years ago. Its just an ugly eyesore sticking out of a cleared plot of land. Worst 20 bucks I've ever spent for an "amazing experience". The only amazing experience I had was looking at the autumn leaves fall from the trees. I'm asking for my money back when I leave! Join my blog next week to see Hearton's Town Museum. Bye everyone!
  18. texas5091-Yes indeed I hope so. Voxelmatic- Yes the teen was an idiot, and had no common sense. QueerRudie- This was in fact suggested to me by Tomes1225, I trust his judgement. _________________________________________________ Hello everyone I have some great news! Century will remain in the park. We won the lawsuit. There were park signs all over the queue line specifically telling guests to not climb on the coaster Overlooking the park, the skyline will remain the same Century is remaining, for now at least. Sawmill falls was a big hit. That's exactly what this park needed. A new building has been completed for Market Street The entrance to our new area, The Oakwood Forests The only building that will be in the Oakwood Forests for opening day. We have gotten a brand new attraction named Downdraft. Just in case another attraction closes unexpectedly. That is all I have to show you for this update.
  19. Well this was an amazing sight. So many people were in the park today. And land has been cleared for a new park expansion. Looks like Sawmill Falls was doing pretty well Of course I can understand why. The line was nearly out of the queue. 50 min. wait! If we don't win the lawsuit Century will have to be removed. I hope to see you next uodate, we will make the park expansion announcement and if we won the lawsuit or not.
  20. Its not a custom track at all. It's just the normal looping coaster overlapped by giga track to give it a realistic Schwarzkopf box track look
  21. I love it! I'm not too sure about those rocks though, add some vegetation to them that might look better.
  22. Oh come on no comments? ____________________________________ Today everyone I have some unfortunate news. Century has been closed for the rest of the season. This is where it happened. Some idiotic teenager was having fun by hanging below the rails above the queue. One of Century's trains rolled over and took the boy's left hand. The parents are suing. How are we going to stay open? Our star attraction is closed, and its getting to cold for some to ride Sawmill Falls. There is no train to roll down the first hill. There are no screams echoing across the forests. Will we see Century next season? I don't know. Although we can invest in a small flat ride for next season. Hope to see you all next time.
