  1. I wasn't aware that had happened last year. Watching BBC News 24 interviewing a crew member over the phone, they seemed sure the power failure had occurred some time before the crash. Does seem terrible that something like this can happen though, surely it's common sense not to go that close to the coast... Seeing the pictures close up, you can see that the boulder has actually embedded its self into the hull of the ship, it must have hit with some force.
  2. We're hearing here on UK news, that they believe the power cut occurred onboard and the captain reported technical difficulties with the navigation system, at least 20mins before the ship collided with the sea bed. If this is true, why did the captain decide to sail so close to the coast without a fully functioning navigation system?!
  3. It's like a weight system which moves underneath the shark, going from the nose to near the back of the body. The video shows off how you can steer the shark using it's fins They're actually great fun, only problem being that helium is quite expensive here in the UK and they go down quite quick.
  4. (Hii I'm Dan, long time reader, new poster ) I'm quite confused to why B&M have decided to put the leg guard on the first row but not on subsequent rows, surely the clearance from the seat to the track is the same and therefore, if the front row needed these guards, the rest also would... I'm extremely excited about this coaster though, living on the outskirts of London will mean opening day rides
