I can't create buildings coz when I start on the roof it just places the roofing on the floor PLEASE HELP!!!!

I made this topic because I rode the Giant Drop, Dreamworld on Australia's Gold Coast. It is insane! It falls 129 metres in just five gut-wrenching seconds. That's the tallest drop ride in the world! Sadly this ride is undermined by rides such as Drop Zone, Kings Domimion and Power Tower, Cedar Point. If you know any examples post them here.
