  1. ^Yeah, it was quite hilarious to see some misters just spewing out water like a faucet. Then again, it felt good that day (it was about 3 PM on a pretty hot day).
  2. I remember going to Magic Mountain in late July and seeing some of the sections of queue (empty, I should add) completely flooded. The water level in the soil next to the concrete was literally submerged underneath the wasted water from Goliath's misters. Granted, it was a really hot day, and taking a minute to stand under the misters felt great, but I think that that's truly a useless waste of water. Goliath's tunnels and X2's first drop could really use mist, as opposed to sections of queue that were probably empty the whole day (it was a Tuesday with very light crowds).
  3. When I was at the park about a month ago, I asked for a cup of ice water during lunch at the Food Etc. food court next to Goliath. The sushi vendors gave me a decent-sized cup of really cold water (which tasted good and was so cold that ice was unnecessary). I'm not sure about other vendors, but I know that at least the sushi vendors in Food Etc. give free ice water.
  4. Personally, I enjoy riding Scream more than Riddler's because I enjoy the smoothness of Scream compared to Riddler's. Riddler's (especially the last element (I'm not sure what the technical term is)) is much rougher than Scream. In addition, the forces towards the end of the loop pull my whole body towards the ground, causing pain in my feet, legs, and my male parts (which is why I now always sit down on Riddler's, even if I need to be yelled at by the ride op). I find both rides equally entertaining (perhaps Riddler's even a little more than Scream), but I prioritize my safety ahead of the excitement (though now, I've figured out that sitting down on the bike seat truly works wonders; it makes the whole ride painless).
  5. Actually, upon further review and thought, I realized that ericmichaellucas' guess of "Disneyland, California" can refer only to Disneyland Resort in Anaheim and cannot refer to Disney's California Adventure, which is located across the entrance plaza. So, it's your turn, ericmichaellucas! My picture is of a replica of the Sleeping Beauty Castle inside a large snow globe in one of the many gift shops on Main Street, U.S.A. at the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, CA.
  6. Which Disney park in California? There are 2 parks in California.
  7. No, not Paris. Hint 1: This is in a gift shop at a certain Disney park not in Paris, Tokyo, or Hong Kong. I will post more hints if needed (though I need to come up with some hints that don't completely give away the answer).
  8. I'm guessing that we're going by my pic since tatertot guessed the golf pic. And no, my picture is not of Magic Kingdom.
  9. This is somewhat off topic, but I have this burning question in my mind: Terminator has an on-ride flash (and probably a camera, too), but where do you go to view your on-ride photo? Rides like X2, Tatsu, Goliath, etc. have the viewing screens at the exits, but my friends and I couldn't find a screen for Terminator at all.

  11. ^Yes and no. It is a Disney park, but which one???
