Eating too much, I'm pretty much always hungry. Won't be the first and definately not the last for that one.

I wonder if this is part of the whole 20% expansion plan that is to happen in the next several years to come.

Introducing Playland's New RideThe ride of the season? A thrill seeker's dream? The estranged older cousin of the Wave Swinger? Yes it's true, we've got a new ride, and we think you're gonna love it! That is of course if your preference is for rides that swing 360°, while going 70km/hr, at 218 feet high! Did we mention that it will be Playland's tallest ride offering unparalleled panoramic views of the entire city? (if you can keep your eyes open long enough to focus!)
This new ride will be FREE with admission!
The best way to master the new ride is through a Season PlayPass available online, or at select retailers. More Info
Experience Playland's New Ride. July 1, 2011.
Apparently another Star Flyer type ride is opening this year along with all those at Cedar Fair parks.

It would have to be Medusa West's unique Sea Serpent Roll. Basically a reverse sidewinder.
Of all the ones I've ridden with a Zero G Roll, I've never really felt much "zero G" for some reason. Is it just me or could you really be "immune" to it?

Just finished all of the singleplayer missions in Bad Company 2 on hard difficulty. Missed a lot of collectibles and M-COM stations though. Probably going to replay a few of those levels for that reason.
Getting better at multiplayer now but still struggling to get my KDR above 0.19. I'm still trying to get used to the multiplayer gameplay system... Anyone want to play with me, leave me either your Steam name or in game name for BC2.

My annoying aunt is comming back to stay with us for another week starting this Friday. I can't wait for her to give me a hard time again... Not something you'd want to look foreward to for sure.

Still learning how to play Battlefield: Bad Company 2 and it gets frustrating at times. Can't seem to become hooked on it (not that I want to) nor can I seem to raise my total KDR. It's a pretty cool game, don't get me wrong. Is it supposed to take a while to get used to especially because I haven't played many shooters before either?

Because of the speed the particles in fire are moving.
Why do the movies get so many things wrong?

Only a freshman at the moment, haven't decided yet and don't have to decide until later. Just taking general studies for now as I don't know what I want to be.

IDK how many people use Steam, but Super Meat Boy is a hard A$$ BITCH! Very addictive/fun though.
I have Steam, you can add me at Jchan12.
A little update on Battlefield: Bad Company 2 here. Playing the single player mission right now (on hard difficulty) and I'm up to the third mission right now. Love the graphics and the amount of realism as well as the way how most of the environment can be destroyable. Meaning you can blow a sniper's cover by wrecking the walls of buildings.

Finally got my new video card installed on my computer and picked up Battlefield: Bad Company 2 (I know, I'm late) as well. Normally not a big fan of shooters but thought I'd try this one out anyway. Just installed it last night and still trying to figure out the gameplay and whatnot.

My aunt is so annyoing and she's going to be staying with us for a few more days. She always tries to talk to me when I'M IN THE MIDDLE OF A GAME therefore making me die (in the game of course) or just distracting me! If I could lay down the rules, this is what they'd be. No head rubs, no multiple hugs and kisses, no using "cutesy" names, no singing while I'm thinking/working on something, and most importantly don't flood me with questions about anything and everything!
Ok, I'm done.

This is kinda cheezy but oh well. I wrote it about the time my uncle took us off-roading at is private property in Texas.
Ride through the barren jungle
Grasslands spread for what seemed like forever
Gentle ripples shimmer on the lake’s surface
Small animals swim and wiggle near shore
As colourful trees reach for the sky
The adventure begins:
Like a rollercoaster ride
Flew off its rail
Like a runaway train
Gone right off trail
Through the woods
And beyond the trees
A rough ride
May it be?
A runaway train
Right of the track
Through the jungle
Away from the lake
The lake disappears into the distance
As we venture deeper inwards
Shrouded by the trees
The paths get darker
And on and on and up and around we venture to the other side of the everlasting plains…
The light returns
As we leave the woods
Out of the jungle
We made it out

Been waiting for a thread like this to come up for awhile. Ah, if books could talk.
The Book’s Rant
I am lonely, and collecting dust
Flip me open, you must!
No body wants me anymore
Because they scurried out the door
I’m obsolete!
I’ve taken defeat
Why can’t you just take some time
And read me!
Why don’t you want to read?
Is it too boring?
Easy, pick up another book!
How hard is it?
What are you waiting for?
Read! Pick me up and open me!
I’m lonely here!
Give me some company!

Because it was originally called X but after modifications they decided to call it X2 to sound more exciting for marketing purposes.

If you're a fan of classic and new video game music, it definately is! Not to mention they have all these things going on before the concert itself (Guitar Hero contests, Frogger contests, meet and greet etc).

I am going to Video Games Live in April this year. Incase you don't know what it is, it's an orchestra performance of various video game theme songs. They play classics such as PacMan and Tetris as well as some modern ones such as Halo and Warcraft. This is my first time going to VGL (I hate myself for missing it last year) and I am so excited. Anyone been to VGL in your city before? How was it?
Normally I don't like orchestra concerts, but this one is different.

I would assume that the Star Flyer ride is going to be in the spot where Wild Mouse used to stand. Right now, that spot is just a concrete slab with a bunch of picnic tables thrown on there. Atleast I think that's where it's going to fit. If I get a chance to pass by Playland, I will see if I can take some photos of anything interesting happening.
