I miss the Tampico Tumbler at Knott's. But at least once a shift one of the arms at the end of the ride cycle would stay vertical and the Ride Trouble Light would come on. Great ride..... very temperamental.

Wow! Talk about a hot set. That smoke looked at home in the L.A. smoged filled air. King Kong is gone..... now what will take its place?

Wow! Looks like a great ride. I can bet the fire fx won't last too long.... I went to SFMM in March. Last time I was there was 1995! Gee, they cleaned up the place, where are all the gang members threatening people and line cutting?

I used to work at Knott's and Castle Park in the mid 90's. Bud Hurlbut was the owner of Castle Park. He would be there almost every weekend with his wife and dog in tow. He had a Caddillac with personalize plates saying CSTLPRK. He was a nice guy. He built the Timber Mountian Log Ride, Calico Mine Ride, Tijuana Taxi's and other smaller rides for Knott's. The small train at Castle Park was originally from the Knott's Lagoon area. Going on that really brings back some childhood memories.

Drove by today and the moved their stage the other day and broke ground today.

I live like a stones throw from Castle Park, during the summer you can hear the guest screaming. I'll keep an eye out and try to update on construction. From what the other flyers look like, this should be a great ride!

Gee, how I miss Wacky Racers Soap Box Derby, the Sky Jump and the nightly fireworks.

They soooo need to rehab the Revolution. It looks like it has not been painted in years!

This would be a good additon to this park, but I think this place needs more help than just one ride. Although I heard it is a pretty good ride.
