  1. Just for the record Robb - I visited Disney & DCA last Friday for the first time and was actually really impressed with the overall quality of the park. Sure it was hard not to notice the construction going on but it still is an awesome park IMO.
  2. Hi all, Dad & I will be attending a photographic convention in Vegas next February, and seeing as it will be my first trip to the states, we figured we'd do a 3 day mini-trip in L.A on our way back to check out Sunset Blvd and all the touristy bits, including trekking out to Disneyland on one of the days. We don't want to stay in Anaheim as it's out of the way of all the touristy bits and ofcourse LAX. So with that in mind, what hotel would you recommend in L.A? We are particularly looking for one that offers Disney transport with good departure and pickup times. The couple of shuttle buses that I've looked up leave at around 11am and pickup at 9pm - as I understand we'll miss the fireworks if we have to leave that early. Cheers guys, Liam
  3. Hey mate, I visited Thorpe in 2005. I too stayed in London with Dad and, after running around for a good two hours in the morning asking travel agents how to get there, we caught a train from Waterloo station to Staines. From there there is a shuttle bus that runs every half hour or so directly to the park. I think it took about an hour from Waterloo to the park, so allow enough time to get there by opening.
  4. I'm supposed to be seeing Varekai sometime in the next couple of weeks with a few mates. It'll be my first Cirque show so I can't wait!
  5. Thanks, the video has been deleted. What format are the videos you're trying to upload? I know that my encoding server has had some issues with encoding some .wmv's. This is being worked on. Also, what browser are you using? Cheers, Flea
  6. Once again guys, thanks for the comments. I really appreciate it! Erik J. has uploaded several fantastic videos that are definitely worth checking out.
  7. IMO, Google's ads are really clean and seem to complement the site well. Ofcourse if anyone has an issue with them being there I'll remove them.
  8. Yeah, I was afraid people would mistake ads for videos. I figured that this problem would be fixed by changing the ad's title colour to blue. I'll work on getting that fixed anyhow. Thanks for the feedback!

  10. I think anything by Jamiroquai is pretty cool. Jamiroquai cover
  11. Since the PS3's release has been delayed 'til March here in Australia, I think I'm going to have to opt to go for the Wii. While the PS3s graphics look amazing I think the games will lack fun gameplay, which the Wii seems to be packed full of. The $399AUD pricetag doesn't hurt Santa's wallet either.
