Jeap13 Posted November 26, 2005 Posted November 26, 2005 Hello everyone! The following is a hypothetical fantasy situation in which Universal Studios decides to build a park similar to IOA somewhere else in the world, but though they are vastly different, the two complexes both have a similar theme.... Welcome to Realms of Adventure--where guests can live out their dreams with an exciting array of high-tech rides. Visitors can battle Egyptian spirits, save a lost kingdom, survive deadly disasters, and soar through the sky in this new resort. The following are some promotional ads for the park and its Realms. Information has been released on three of the exciting sections, but officials say that plans for another one are well underway... The large multi-level sign greets visitors as two giant thrill towers loom in the back ground. The plaza extends into the park, where informational stands, a first aid building, a rest room, and an ATM machine are located for the guest's new adventure. GardenSpinners, a unique thrill ride located inside a giant themed building, can be found here. Visitors from the Outer World first walk through a small plaza into the park. Those who choose to veer left will discover an ancient kindgom overrun by an evil clan of dragons. The last noble kings and queens of the Woods of Castlemoor have been pushed out of their mountainous homeland, and they desperately need guests' help. Som If the visitors take a right, they'll find themselves in a recovered Egyptian village where spirits rule supreme. Guests may brave the mighty coaster "Curse of the Pharaoh" or take a ride on a dangerous river in "Escape From the Nile". Whatever happens Visitors first journey through Unison Bay, a small colonial village filled with relics from all of the Realms...Guests can stroll through Raider's Row shopping complex or take a wild ride on an interactive tour through the Realms. It's the perfect start Welcome to Realms of Adventure, where nothing is impossible! (Notice the tribute to Universal's famous globe in the corner?)
Luxo Posted November 26, 2005 Posted November 26, 2005 Wow! I love some of your architecture! It's a little too cluttered, IMO, but still.
coasterfreak101 Posted November 26, 2005 Posted November 26, 2005 Wow  That looks amazing!!! How long have you worked on this? It looks great!!! The story behind the park rocked, and the scenic beginning of the park only betters it. What is the coaster at the very beginning, and where did you get all of the custom scenery? Thanks, and again, it looks amazing, keep it up!!! PS- Welcome to TPR, the best coaster site out there!!!
Jeap13 Posted November 27, 2005 Author Posted November 27, 2005 Thanks for the compliments! I can't take credit for all of the architecture though. Some of it was downloaded custom scenery that I didn't create but still thought it would fit well in the park (many of the brown and white buildings were downloaded, they are not hollow and are similar to the peasant houses you get in the original version). However there's plenty of cool architecture to come (there are several castles in the Woods of Castlemoor as well as two giant buildings to house some popular rides...) I'll post more photos soon!
Luxo Posted November 27, 2005 Posted November 27, 2005 I know you got the pieces from rctmart, what I like is the way you put it together
Jeap13 Posted November 29, 2005 Author Posted November 29, 2005 Yeah, I used a pack that I found. I liked the white ones better (I think they used to be distributed/created by AmazingEarl), but I couldn't find them online. The following pictures are from Unison Bay and the Woods of Castlemoor...Ancient Egypt pictures as well as more Castlemoor screens will come later (with more coasters, so far there are eight)! Those who have had enough Realm touring will delight in finding a large Tour Cafe. The building sits just opposite the ride and features a large variety of foods in an air-conditioned, vibrant atmostphere. Under the supports of the Unison Bay Express roller coaster is a high-tech unique area owned by a mad and crazy scientist. After being banished from the main Unison Bay village, he was pushed to the outskirts where he created a lively tourist district. Those who have great courage will join the Noblemen on a daring ride through the lands of the enemy to save the lost treasures. The Knight's Quest is a large wooden roller coaster, spanning across the whole realm and weaving its way through the treachero After making their way through Raider's Row, guests will find themselves in a completely different world. The entrance to the Woods of Castlemoor is marked by a small castle. It leads to the last unconquered part of the noble Old Kingdom. Guests who venture to the right will first walk through a bustling outdoor shopping complex, Raider's Row. Hidden beneath massive colonial buildings and under tall trees lies a winding path with an array of unique shops and stalls.
