Kinderly Posted November 9, 2012 Posted November 9, 2012 Keystone Amusements Company(Owner of Oakwood Amusement Park, and Hearton Woods) is expanding their operation to the tropical south. In southern Florida, the tropical climate calls for a modern resort park. So far we have the monorail that transports guests from the actual resort to an amusement park just 3/4 of a mile to the west. The avenue leading to the park's parking lot is cooling, and hardening, along with the sidewalk concrete. The monorail performing a final test, and the avenue coming down the large hill. Palm trees line the hillside with the beautiful clear tropical sky above.
Kinderly Posted November 11, 2012 Author Posted November 11, 2012 A major progress update! We have finished one of the parking lots. The other will be a huge lot. The entrance area. Here we see a monorail stop, and the season pass center. The large octagonal building is a turnstile building, and a restaurant mixed together. The restaurant interior. It will be able to seat many, including parties of 6. The only way to get up to the restaurant is through a modern elevator.
A.J. Posted November 11, 2012 Posted November 11, 2012 Since you made a substantial update, I'll let it go, but please remember to follow the posting rules. The park looks nice, but the road looks so steep that only a Jeep would be able to climb them without destroying its front and rear fenders.
