The49er Posted August 6, 2012 Posted August 6, 2012 I've heard that rides like Phoenix at Knoebels and Magnum XL-200 at CP (third row, right?) have "Magic Rows" that provide, say, more negative Gs or whatever. People also often recommend the back. Do many rides have Magic Rows, or is that just a matter of personal preference?
OCaml Posted August 11, 2012 Posted August 11, 2012 The back row gives a more intense ride because the weight of the rest of the train pulls it through the coaster, giving you a bit of extra speed and force. Moreover, if you're on a coaster that sits four people in a row, do yourself a favor and sit on the outside. The outside seats provide a significantly and noticeably more intense ride than the inside seats.
