coastercrazy 9 Posted November 18, 2011 Posted November 18, 2011 (edited) This is Vulture, A 121 foot tall, 50 mile per hour wooden beast. This coaster is intended to have been built in 1989, hence the sort of minimal banking. Enjoy! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LFWiSLdM8Lo All comments and CONSTRUCTIVE criticism are appreciated greatly! GAME EXCHANGE LINK 100th Post!! Edited November 18, 2011 by A.J.
coastercrazy 9 Posted November 18, 2011 Author Posted November 18, 2011 Okay, its uploaded now, but please no trolling!!
A.J. Posted November 18, 2011 Posted November 18, 2011 I'll ask you what I ask everyone else - How would you feel if you were riding your coaster for real?
Coaster Cow Posted November 18, 2011 Posted November 18, 2011 It wasn't terrible, the rough and tumble style is very Dinn-esque. However, it was very pumpy, and the speed would have to be slower if you were going for Dinn. Try some trims, perhaps? Nice layout, though.
coastercrazy 9 Posted November 21, 2011 Author Posted November 21, 2011 Honestly, I wasn't really going for any kind of designers look, just something from that era. I guess it could be a Dinn if I added trims... This was originally a modern twister and the first drop was much more banked than it is now. After watching a POV of Megaphobia I changed it to become something of that style. The turn over the river was obviously inspired by Hercules, and the last turn is the only thing not from around them, that is from wild one. This is my favorite coaster I have made so far, when you put aside its roughness. What sucks is I have a mac so I can't get Newton 2...
A.J. Posted November 21, 2011 Posted November 21, 2011 Yes you can. I dual-boot. Using Boot Camp with Windows 7 is extremely idiot-proof, and it lets me use Newton as well as Inventor, Revit, and 3DSMax.
coastercrazy 9 Posted November 21, 2011 Author Posted November 21, 2011 I have brothers who use this computer for college stuff, so they would not be very fond of me screwing with it.
