Gerstlauer1
Hello Mates! Today i thought, why not start building custom scenery etc. for rct3? So i downloaded Google Sketchup, watched some tutorials and i was ready. I am currently building a station house for a roller coaster or a flat ride. (See pic for progress) My question is, how do i get pictures of example a control panel for a roller coaster into google sketchup, and what do i do from there? Please help, thanks in advance. SoCalCoasters
There are so many variations of control pannels, you're better off dreaming one up yourself.
Gerstlauer1
I was asking how to get the picture in to the program
modeld
First I think the image has to be a JPG- then in sketchup you do File>import. Select JPG, then choose the image you wish to import. It will load the image on a face from the corner so just click and drag to size it to the surface. Then if you need to tweak the size of the image to match the size of your object you can go to Tools>scale, and drag it. I would try to get the imported image as close to the size of the object as possible though.
