Port Aventura vs Paramount ( Spain )

Guys, I would really appreciate some help if any of you can give me a few useful pointers !

 

- I am writing an article about the likely effect that the opening of the new Paramount theme park is going to have on Port Aventura.

 

Sure, Paramount is going to be bigger, better, newer etc... but it is also going to have a new Airport and rail links on the doorstep. It is also likely to have more facilities at it's disposal and far more hotel rooms and private villa rentals available for accomodation.

 

As far as Port Aventura is concerned, Europe's budget airline - Ryanair - has already scaled back flights to and from the airport (Reus) and is already threatening to pull out of the airport altogether.

 

Am I missing something, or does all of this signal a nail in the coffin lid for Port Aventura ?

 

I have written a number of articles about the new Paramount park ( http://www.tumbit.com/search/3/paramount.html ) but to be honest with you, not being much of an enthusiast, I would appreciate some expert help and opinions in general in drawing comparisons with Port Aventura !
