best way of hosting my videos...

i notice you host a file (Im guessing) in a zipped form, at 2.0mb its very quick and efficient but when i try to zip my videos down they hardly end up much smaller than the original size and if i email the zipped file to somone it takes forever..... So do i need to have my zipped files on a web page and let peeps download them rather than emailing them...??

Yeah, sending a large zip file over email sucks. The only reason we do it is, while it only saves a little bit, multiplied by 10,000 times for some videos that get downloaded in a given month, that can really add up! Then figure we have something like 40 videos being hosted on the site.

Thanks Robb, now I just have to work out how to put my zipped vid up on my website..
