Koolkid Posted April 20, 2009 Posted April 20, 2009 Inferno, Feel the flames! This ride I made with the aim of creating a compact feature-filled coaster which I think to an extent I have achieved. I am sure this coaster wont pass the tunnel test etc. but I am working towards it and this was almost like a test for myself to see if I can achieve a target (making a compact coaster) I still haven't got the hang of supports as you will find out but I feel this is by far my best coaster yet , I think it looks better than the screenshot shows it to be , so enjoy any feedback is greatly achieved and Thank you for even looking at my coaster. inferno.nltrack The coaster itself A pretty poor screenshot of the Inferno
megamatt Posted April 20, 2009 Posted April 20, 2009 good points great layout very compact bad points very pumpy fails the tunnel test I think it would of been better as a Mauer Sohne X-Car.
Koolkid Posted April 20, 2009 Author Posted April 20, 2009 Thanks very much for your feedback. looks like I need to work on the pumps in my coasters as that is a common response
megamatt Posted April 21, 2009 Posted April 21, 2009 It is a nice coaster. Instead of just starting a new coaster why not try and fix all the problems with this one?
Koolkid Posted April 21, 2009 Author Posted April 21, 2009 Exactly what I've just started doing thanks again EDIT: just sucessfully passed the tunnel test ( i think) Now need to adjust track, remove pumps and reduce the g's
Koolkid Posted April 21, 2009 Author Posted April 21, 2009 Inferno V2 I've made it quite a bit smoother, or at least I've tried to. I've had a go at custom supports and I made it past the tunnel test , well it did before Iadded in supports , anyways enjoy again any feedback is greatly appreciated. inferno supports+ track comp.nltrack the "improved" track showing off the new colour scheme
megamatt Posted April 21, 2009 Posted April 21, 2009 Much better than the first version. good points No more yellow/red g's great compact layout bad points still pumpy, but its good for a beginner.
