Opening other peoples parks

I realize this has probably been discussed but I couldn't find anything on it.

I need a step by step set of instructions on how to download and open other peoples RCT 3 parks using windows vista. I am a real computer dumbass so please be patient with me. I would also like to see some parks if anyone would like to direct me to links to theirs.
