Windows Media Video Question

Hi Alveys! I have another technical question for you. When you use Windows Media for your streaming videos, what encoding rates do you use?

 

I'm starting a video magazine, and have been experimenting, but I seem to get a slightly lesser quality than you guys. I've been using some default stream settings such as WMV4LAN-694kbps-30FPS. Your secrets would be greatly appreciated!

 

I generally post videos in 320x240, which is what looks like you guys do, or do you do the 160x120@200% trick?

I normally use the 512 - 320x240 option, or lately, the 1k - 640x480. Personally I like the 512 option better.
