Weight restrictions at Lake Compounce?

I'm new to the site, so I'm not sure if it's acceptable to start a thread like this. I read the rules and there wasn't anything that said I couldn't.

 

Anyway.

 

 

I'm fat. I'm not talking chubby or slightly overweight. I'm around 5'5" and 250. I don't have any health issues or anything, so where heart conditions and the like are concerned, it's not a problem. However, sometimes rides can't restrain certain body types.

 

I was wondering if anyone who is overweight has been to the park before and encountered any problems fitting into the rides.

I'm 6'4 250 lbs and there have been times when the restraints wouldn't close on me. The attendants were proffessional but there is no denying that it can be embarrasing. Always look for the test seats outside the line entrances of many coasters and "try the seats on for size" as it were. But remember; be safe, be smart, be well-informed, and have fun!!
