CK Media Posted April 8, 2007 Posted April 8, 2007 Me and my mom arrived on Thursday at 3 pm so since we had nothing to do we went to the park. It was a nice day but around 6 the weather got bad. Our first ride was Gwazi (Tiger). All I'll say is it almost made me not want to ride coasters ever again and it gave my mom a headache. Next up was SheiKra. My mom was a bit scared and reminded me that I never liked coasters before. It was one of the best rides I've ever been on. We then did Kumba, waited TOO long for Scorpion, and rode Rhino Rally. It was 20 till closing when we got off Rhino Rally and it started raining (perfect timing). The next day the clock tricked us so we got there an hour early. This also happened to be when we got an out of season arctic wind. The good thing about it though was there was no rain. Bad thing is since it was a Friday the park was packed. We picked up where we left off yesterday and did Montu twice (front and back). Then when it warmed up and we went on Stanley Falls and man people don't listen. Every 5 seconds someone came over the loud speaker saying to keep your hand in the boat. They even told me not to keep my hands in my lap. Okay now for the pictures. What could that be? BG sells live squirrels now. Train #3 had to sleep on the lift last night. They were stopping Montu a lot. I'm waiting to get off. What's going on? Construction. I couldn't get an aerial shot because "Sky Ride" was closed down. It's just some dirt and a hut. Just like Africa. Hmm why do I feel like having a mountain dew? A Shikra in its natural habitat. (Yes it's spelled correctly) It doesn't look "that" tall. Which way's up? The water looks like wings here. My impression of getting wet. Caution, angry guests may bite. The scaffolding is already up for the "installation"
