ELZ Posted June 28, 2006 Posted June 28, 2006 Hi guys, just had a look through your Europe 2005 stuff and loved it. Being a Brit myself i hope you're all enjoying what our majestic country has to offer in terms of Alton Towers, Blackpool Pleasure Beach and Thorpe Park. Just thought i'd ask for some tips really. Im planning a mini Theme Park tour of Germany in late August/early September. Planning to do Europa, Heide and Holiday Park...and maybe (money permitting) heading to Walibi World and then home from Amsterdam. Just wondering if theres anything special I should check out along the way, and if there's any "hidden" treasures (ie the not so famous rides) or food etc. Obviously im primarily going for Expedition G-Force! Which I'm so excited about. Anyone just lemme know if you think anything! ELZ
Juggler Posted June 28, 2006 Posted June 28, 2006 Don't miss out on Phantasialand! Depending on which way round you go you can run down from Heide to Phantasialand to Holiday Park and then Europa (which is the way I'm going this year on my Camping & Coasters trip). Phantasialand is an absolute gem and should not be missed and you have the added attraction of Black Mamba as well now. Just for info we're visiting the following :- Walibi Belgium, Bobbejaanland, De Efteling, Walibi World, Hansa Park, Heide Park, Phantasialand, Holiday Park, Europa Park, Walibi Lorraine, Parc Asterix and Bellewaerde park. All of which will be completed in 15 days.
