Hi everyone, I'm planning on going to kennywood between July 27th-31st. I would like to go on a weekday if possible. Hopefully on the 28th or 29th. How are the crowds on Thursdays and Fridays during the summer? Do I need to worry about getting the Vip coaster pass?
Any suggestions and tips will be awesome!

I had friends who went last night and the maze is still there. I heard they are going to redo the maze a little over the week and reopen with a new name on friday. Hope this is true!

I hope that is true, but I find that very hard to believe. It wasn't a maze...it was a VR experience. It would be quite the undertaking to re-shoot it, post production, re-programming the FX to match, etc. It ain't happening this year.

I always feel like these kinds of questions are weird, but I'll ask anyway...
Has anyone been on opening day of haunt? How are the crowds? I wanna squeeze in a visit on Sep 23. I'm really just interested in rides, but they are only open for haunt.
I usually go opening weekend but for the last couple years the lines are empty but there's not a lot of actors. More than half the mazes there were maybe 3-5 actors. I also usually go the second weekend and it seems like they're way better staffed.

Random thought: If there's Superman, Penguin, and The Joker all in the same area as V2, shouldn't we expect a retheme of V2 soon? Seriously, doesn't that outlier of theme seem a bit odd?
If they do I'm hopping for a flash theme. It would be super easy to do.

How early have the fast passes for Hyperspace Mountain been running out? Planning on going tomorrow but probably not until around 11.
I was there on Monday/Tuesday and it was selling out by noon.

How are crowds on opening weekend? We want to go the first sunday (the 27th) but not sure if we should get the fright lane. I got fright lane last year and was worth it since we went mid October but not sure if its worth getting on this day.

I know the front of line pass is limited each night, but how long are the wait with the pass. I got the fright lane pass at CGA last year and still waited 30-45 min for some mazes.

Hey everyone. My wife and I and our 4 year old son are going to DLR on March 5/6th. I was wondering if its worth getting Park hopper tickets or if it will be empty enough that we would get through California Adventure so fast and would regret not being able to go to Disneyland the same day. My goal was to go to CA Thursday morning to get on Radiator Spring Racers and than getting everything else done at the park and than heading to Disneyland afterwards. I heard that there is enough stuff at CA now to spend a day there especially for my 4 year old which is 41". Any help or tips for the 2 days I am going to be at the resort will be appreciated

I have a few questions for the locals. I'm taking my son to the park for the first time this Friday. How will the crowds be? Also, will some rides be down since it's a weekday. Any other advice will be welcomed!
