Recently while I was overseas, I saw a lady named Elissa White and a guy Ian.....on a roller coaster program...was wondering if it is the Elissa here? Is the program filmed long ago?

Pride of America will be flagged with a U.S. Flag, so I guess it should be U.S. Registered. Just like Superstar Virgo is flagged with a Panama flag and is also Panama Registered. However, I might be wrong. Rgds.
