I try not to post negative stuff, but was at Darien Lake again today. I don't know if it's me, but wow, the line jumping that was going on today seemed way out of control. Seems to get worse as the season has gone on. On a good note it was nice to see the covered bridge fixed and usable again. Predator seemed smoother since all the work completed on it. Sat in the middle and did not have to contact my chiropractor afterwards.

Seabreeze is in the same boat. They were planning to open this past weekend and Emperor A**face Cuomo said nope. No direction has been given. They are in a holding pattern like everyone else.

Totally agree. Was just there today. I never complain about DL, but today was crazy. DL is what it is, but definitely needs a good coat of paint. Definitely need 2 trains on the coasters bottom line. The lines on Viper, Predator, ROS even ME and Morocoaster were out of the gatehouse and well on the path during peak time. Someone asked the ride attendant on the viper if there was a 2nd train. They said yes. Then asked why they were not running it. The attendant just shrugged and said don't know. The gatehouse is also in desperate need of paint. If they are going to do the whole fast pass thing fine, but 2 train op is a must. They had at one point 2 cars roped off on the viper just for fast pass with only. Unacceptable for 1 train op. This is DL, not Disney. Skyscreamer with 4 roped off double seats and fast pass, crazy since the ride is brand new. That's 8+ people in line unable to ride and it only holds 30 people; almost 1/3 of the ride can't be used each cycle. Doesn't it come with a warranty...lol. I would like to see the lights fixed on rides too. A lot of dead bulbs. Flat waits were not bad. As far as food goes, today it was slow as molasses. Long lines and only 1 person taking orders when there is 2-3 registers. Does anyone also know why they have all the parts for Sleigh Ride sitting outside the gatehouse verses in the maintenance area? That has kind of bothered me all season. Missing panel and lights like it was going to be set up, but looks like they ran out of time by opening day? Sabreeze is very well maintained in comparison, granted it is a smaller park. Like I said, it is what it is, I still like the park. Still had fun with the kiddos regardless. Just have to make sure I don't go on a concert day.

Yes my daughter and I were glad to ride it again. One of our favorites. It sounded less strained running as well, especially towards the end of the ride cycle.

Nah, I'd rather just see them add another roller coaster. Also, sleighride was running when I was there around 2 weeks ago. Its cycle seems short, but it works. I hope they focus on building up SFDL's roller coaster selection to be at least on par with other Six Flags parks. Really hoping for an S&S Freespin or an RMC Raptor. The sleigh ride cycle seems short because it is. It used to go forward, then there would be a backward cycle. As of last year it was running both cycles, but this year they only run the forward cycle. Does anyone know why?

Not staffing. Drive gearbox broke. Is that a replaceable part on a ride that old? They don't make parts for that ride anymore. It will be sad to see that ride go if it can't be fixed. It is one of my favorite flats there like the UFO(RIP).

Does anyone know why The Pirate is down? Was down all last season. Corn Popper seems to be up and down. I've been on it this season. Wondering why it is down so much? Maybe lack of staff. Motocoaster I believe was open last weekend.
