Where did you hear that Looping Starship won’t be open during Haunt? I don’t see anything about it on the park website. Looping Starship is not listed under rides for Haunt. https://www.valleyfair.com/valleyscare/haunt/attractions

I think it could possibly be hinting something, but I'm not going to get my hopes up yet unless we see some sign of construction or markers.

Does anybody have information on whether RipTide is returning is 2018 because it is no longer listed on the park's site?

Have one quick question, what attractions are open before 7PM? I was planning on going to Valleyscare tonight but arriving at 4PM.

As far as the ride side goes expect to wait at least 30 min for all the coasters, last year I waited 45 min for Wild Thing and didn't even get through halfway through the queue (I really don't know what I was thinking then). But for the houses, I wouldn't expect super long waits, the longest I waited for a house last year was 20 min and that was Zombie High.

You will get wet on RipTide. Maybe not soaked but definitely wet.

I could see VF putting a Raptor in before an invert but I would not see it going in the dinos areas.

Does anybody know when the park usually announces the closure of rides that will not be returning?

Not what I was hoping for but still a nice addition and it will add nicely to the thrilling flat ride line up.

My guess is an announcement will be made anywhere between 10am and 3pm.

Interesting, I'm guessing some sort of flat that either hangs you upside down or goes upside down. Also just looked at the file name and it says "DHCMauMV0AEj8Uo.png" could that mean anything (maybe DHC or Mau)?

As much as I would like to see it go to VF it won't happen.

My guess would be that Riptide will be removed within the next 1 to 3 years just because of the problems with it (beginning of last season).

Does anybody know when the park is going to release there 2018 plans? Because I know CGA and Knotts are doing there's on the 16th.

How many portable light towers were by Renegade? Because last week when I was riding Renegade I saw 1 over in that same area that you saw them.

I think really the only people who enforce the dress code policy (only on the paths) is PR and administration. I saw them bring two kids in through the gate by Mad Mouse to put their clothes back on.

I think Thunder Canyon will most likely stay. The only problem I would see coming up is if they decided to start building more stuff at the back of the park (excluding water park stuff).
