A very good evening dears, I’ve got some new stuff collected for a new update on "Wotws" themepark. The creation block is unfortunately still in place for the "Wild mouse" and "vintage palace" Project but I’m still going strong on upgrading the existing areas. So here some pictures of the work done: Status of the "Wild mouse" and “Vintage Palace” project. Boulderdash got spotlights and got a better look in the night. The que has been given some lights and better gardening. Put an extra trigger to the Kiddy coaster "Dragon Fury". The paths arround "Boulderdash" and "Rolling River" has gotten some fencing, lights and improved gardening. "Rolling River" got a better light set. Another extra round of attention to the shops in this area. I have been experimenting with flood lights and search light to have the area of "Predator" better visible in the night. Unfortunately it created to much light pollution for the surrounding area. Tried it later by placing floor lights just right under the skin of the skeletons and that did just the trick. The same method I used on the track of "Predator" and created this effect: Here I leave you with a new onride video of “Predator” in his new Night settings. [youtu_be] [/youtu_be] Enjoy

Dear all, With the new DLC I was able to add a cable chair lift ride to the park. This was an addition that came from heaven. It gives a unique opportunity to fly trough the park and see it comes alive from a different angle. I used 10 onride movies and blend them in to one full out and back onride creating the most of possible interaction with all the coasters and rides. I hope you will like it! [youtu_be] [/youtu_be] Enjoy! Rest me to say thanks for the support and comments! For 2019 I will continue to keep working on this project till my processor will give up [youtu_be] [/youtu_be] Have a great party and all the best, wisdom and health for 2019!!!

New Update for a new Ride skin. At the moment I'm walking trough my park to make some adjustments and to give it a sort of second round of theming up. So I started with the flat ride "Overload" the Topspin of the park. I themed it over to a Giant Lab Machine that is capable of genetating static electricity. Add up a story with a lunatic scientist and there you have a total new ride that gives a meaning to it's name "Overload" And overload it will go on the end of the program. Old situation: Here some moving pictures of the final of "Overload" program: [youtu_be] [/youtu_be] Steam rideskin blueprint to find here: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1574325894 And here some pictures of the ride in action:

Hello all! I have an update. But first this: I'm stuck on creativity on the Vintage Wild Mouse theming. So for the moment I decide to let it go for a while. So I started to work on a sort of 2nd round of gardening trough out the whole park. I've been from project to project but forgot to take a eye to the paths and surroundings. So here some results of the work done Extended the topfloor of the Vintage "Crazy mouse" building Work in progress Some inside theming put in place. I gave the railroad it's first bridge structure. I made a by-pass for the long distant walk from Predator to Rolling river. New by-pass from the "Rolling River" side Upgraded the pathway borders between "Overload" Topspin and "The Knockout" Area shot by night Then I created a set of 2 blue prints of the "Octopus Rodeo Arena" I have on blueprint with some themed surroundings you find here: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1558583108 And I created a full ride skin of the flat ride you can find here: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1558583953 Thank you for your attention and goodbye for now

Thank you DoinItForTheFame! And back building again. After a long and hot summer got more time now to be back building on my "Walk on the wild side" project more regular. I made some massive progres on the vintage palace that will hide the most of the "wild mouse" coaster. Here you can find some pictures of the progres so far. The situation I sort of left you all with.. New side of the palace took form. from the other angle From above Sort of roof garden I'm busy with. The first rooms are decorated and themed. roof garden by night night shot 1 night shot 2 In the meanwhile I have been upgrated the Predator valley with more and better vegitation. The Boulderdash area and Walk on the wild side coaster will follow soon. To give a nice and chill ride trough the park I made a nice video recap and let the "Iron horse" Railroads take us on a journey trough the "predator valley right trough the park Centre station. Enjoy the views. [youtu_be] [/youtu_be] For the real fans I also made a compilation video of all the 6 coasters at "Walk on the wild side" Themepark. [youtu_be] [/youtu_be] Thanks for your attention

Hi there all! Summer has come to an end so more time to spend on new PLC projects. Because I got bored with the building of theming I decided to start work on a single coaster project for a while until I got my inspiration back for the "Walk on the wild side" project. So here it is... Spring Mountain Racer! A RMC junior coaster. The coaster is small and compact. Still it contains 2 inversions. Only 20 meter high but fast and furious. It's located in the Spring mountains. A group of island mountains full with unpredictable hotsprings that will give you a splashing ride trough the landscape. [youtu_be] [/youtu_be] Steam blueprint link: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1547751310 Instructions: Make sure that the sign "ground level" match up with the ground and is just readable. Dig yourself a lake around the not themed areas and make sure you line up the waterlevel with the sign "water level" that is buried on the left of the first right turn to the lifthill. Level it up to the sign and it would perfectly line up with the waterfalls on the Islands. Here some pictures: Hope you enjoy the blueprint! Thanks and have fun

Less and less time to build since summer arrived here in Holland. But step by step the project is growing bigger. I have let run the park ingame for a couple of game years to boost up everything on management level so all shops are staffed again. All rides had there refurbishment and newly programmed that lifted up the popularity on a positive way. Waiting lines are full again. In the meantime I did finished the front and backside of the Rail station at the entrance side. Also started on the left side of the building. Here some pictures of the situation now. And then came the Vintage DLC. A good DLC with nice building pieces and the Flying Turns wooden bobsled coaster. So I started to experiment with that. Well the experiment went pretty well and will stay in the park. For the entrance I still need some inspiration so I will leave that area for this moment. First project now of focus is the “Flying Turns”. So soon I’ll be able to present the 6th coaster of “Walk on the wild side” Themepark. See you all next time.

After a month of holiday, rest and a new function at the company slowly started building again at the WOTWS Themepark. The map is now about 25% filled with pure action and thrills. So I decide to finish up the park for a first 1/4th ready steam workshop download. Before I can do that “WOTWS” themepark needs a decent entrance building and area. I’m in doubt still if I will add the Hotel function to the park as I do not know the impact on the park operations yet. I decided to make sure the Hotel units can be added to the buildings later. Here the pictures of the progres so far. Overview of the entrance area so far. Fronview of the entrance railway station Fronview of the entrance railway station by night. [Photo TR] Europa Park - May 2018
Supernovae replied to Supernovae's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Thanks for the compliments jynx242, DBru and ThemeParkJunkie51290 We planned this one very well. We arrived just after the German holiday so the waiting time for Wodan was the highest with aprox. 40 minutes waiting. Same was for Euro Mir but that was more due to the fact they put 2 trains extra on the track when we where in the que. The park extended the opening hours with 1.5 hours so we could do multiple rides on all coasters Blue fire was operating with 4 trains so 30 minutes max waiting. -

So guess what happened. Just a couple of days after presenting "Predator" Frontier came with the bug fix that would return the landscape to the status it was before the release of the Studio pack. So here again I made a new POV of "Predator" day time / night time after the bug fix. Enjoy the ride!!! [youtu_be] [/youtu_be]

So I finally made the discission to put an end to the project. After 4 months of working with dirt and bending steel, working with lava and creating mountains it has been enough. At some point you have to decide that "Predator" has been finished and ready to present to the public. I seriously could go on in this landscape for a full month to get it better. everytime time something new is coming up in mind. So here it is. 2476 meters of smooth RMC box track. Every inch is took well care of and the ride is very atractive if I say my self. "Predator" has 6 inversions (just check the smoothness of the last one). The ride is divided by a midcourse brake section to let it operate with 3 trains. The first part of the ride is high, fast and big inversions. The second part is low to ground, divers scenery, high speed turns and inversions. Please find the moving pictures and full offride and onride of "Predator" here below [youtu_be] [/youtu_be] Here you find the statistics. Honestly, I never have seen those nice rating before. In the park I updated the Train station with a switch track. I came up with below solution. And here two photo's of the last modifications on the "Predator" area. Hope to have been serving to your entertainment en inspiration. Now it's time to create a good idea about the next new project for the "Walk on the wild side" Resort.

Hello TPR Another update of the work done so far. First I like to show you the pre-view I made of the "Predator Coaster" area that is comming closer to the finishing point. I guess it will take another 1 and a half week work still to be done. This time we take the "Iron Horse" Railway that takes you straight trough the area that is still WIP. Enjoy [youtu_be] [/youtu_be] Here you find some pictures of the area "The Octopus Rodeo Arena" is ready and open for public. My attempt to create a "lava trench". Put in some effect. side view of the "Octopus Rodeo Arena" to finish of, a night shot giving an overview of the horizon of the "Predator" area Hope you like it so far. See you at the next update

Hello TPR Last couple of days I have done a lot of time consuming work around the "Predator" area. For the Iron Horse Railway I added a station. Only the last decorations needs to be add to it. Also the Predator Coaster got it's own station building ready now. To the right side of the coaster I'm working on a lava trench and a 4th skeleton in pulled uit of the ground. I think to be over the 50% point of finishing off this project area. Most time consuming work has been done now. Now 'it's only to bring in the nature and make some small additional buildings, a little rope bridge and finish up the Railway trough the Redstone Mountains. There will be an arena / staduim added in the area. Anyway. Here are the pics: Overview left side of the area. view from the Rolling River side Sunset on the Camel back 210 ft Loop First inversion after the midcourse brake. Another inversion has been put in making it a 6 inversion coaster. The last turn End brakes, Entrance Predator station. Station of Predator From another side I now estimate Predator will be completed in about 2 or 3 weeks now. Thanks all for your time and attention.

Photo TR: Djurs Sommerland Denmark 2016

No problem viking86 The Piraten first drop picture has been my wallpaper for a long time I like to hear you enjoyed the Trip report -
Day 7 – Djurs Sommerland. The last park visit scheduled in this Denmark / Sweden trip. This morning we had to get up early again to arrive at 8:30 AM at the parking lot of Djurs. We had an appointment with Henrik to meet at the guest service. An employee made a call to the office and a couple of minutes later Henrik arrived to pick us up and enter the park. Here you find the report in moving pictures [youtu_be] [/youtu_be] And here we move on with the Photo Trip report. I think we are the first today Henrik took us straight to the Intamin Mega Lite Coaster “Piraten” He opened the gate and the we are walking between the track of “Piraten” What delivered us some pretty nice pictures. Cable lift system Now it’s time to visit the station and technical area of “Piraten” Now up to Skateoen. A smaller version of Poseidon at Europa Park but much smoother Henrik took us to Juvelen. A real jewel of an Intamin double launch coaster After having examine the coaster very closely we got the chance to ride the coaster on every position of choice up until the first guests arrive at the station . Henrik went on to his normal schedule for the day and we would meetup again around 4 pm for some coffee. So the backstage tour ended and it was time to check out the rest of the park. Up to Thor’s hammer it was. The Junior coaster “Vilde honsejagt” was a very happy themed coaster around a farm with the fox chasing the chicken run. The front of the train gives a nice humoristic feeling. Some random pictures of the park. For this we would ask Henrik at the coffee in the afternoon but as expected he could not tell us much besides this new ride will be a coaster and he assured us we would come back for this one (and he was right) We thanked him for the hospitality and the tour behind the scenes. This time we had taken the famous Stroopwafels with us and Henrik would make sure that the second box would find it’s way to Soren who gave us the grand tour at Farup the day before. So with one overnight somewhere in the North of Germany we returned back to the Netherlands confronted with the heaviest rainfall in decades and total chaos on the Dutch Highways. Still amazed about the trip we had accomplished with such a small group of coaster fans.
