The small coaster "Drifter" yes it is by I.E. Park (Italy). See rcdb It's driven by an eddy current system, called "LEM" which looks to be a completely new type of launch system The drive system is done by PREXCO (Italy), a company which also makes eddy current brakes see prexco website and their LEM website (though quite poor).
