So the UK season is about to start again but I was wondering what the USA view was on the maximum noise Alton Towers can create and the court action by the Roper family last year. Does anyone think this will open the floodgates to anyone who objects to living near a themepark trying to drive it out of business?
How do you think it will be possible for the themepark industry to continue to further attractions if the noise must be no greater then a dishwasher on the lawn of the home of someone who complains?
Also a one 3 fireworks displays a year and nothing in view to people who live localy to a theme park and no music louder then a family TV within the park.
