I went last night and thought it was really fun. Only got on 3 rides (Xtreme Swing, WT, and PT) and 2 haunted houses (Dark harvest and Berzerkers). I wish it wasn't so busy but it was MEA so I do kind of blame myself. Also wish the houses were a. It more scary. A lot of people standing around and not scaring the guests.

Oh yeah I definitely remember that one. What about the new ones? Any of them stand out? The ones I remember was London Terror, Camp Weikilo, and Hillside Farms... How are their replacements?

Haven't been to Valleyfair in 2 years but I'm going tonight. Any haunted houses I need to visit this year? I kind of forgot which ones were the best/worst.

I recall hearing somewhere that Cedar Fair is announcing ALL of their parks' additions tomorrow (that are getting something). Could somebody confirm, or am I remembering wrong? If that's the case, then I stand corrected. Seems a bit weird though. Why move a ride for no reason? I honestly feel like were getting that boomerang. They can say VF finally got a new coaster and the GP will think it's super cool. Didn't the VF GM step down because of creative differences with CF? Maybe it was because of the boomerang.

Okay maybe I'm way off but tomorrow is National Roller Coaster day and it seems to be the day CF is announcing most of its coasters tomorrow. Why would they announce a flat ride on the day with all of the big coaster announcements?

So with the North Star announcement, what do you think the following years have to offer after 2017! So my ten (and a half) year prediction will go as followed! 2018: Carnival ride Package (i.e. WOF and Carowinds) 2019: General Park improvements (Dinos removed) 2020: B&M invert 2021: Water Park Expansion 2022: General Park improvements (Excalibur Removed) 2023: Big Flat takes it's place 2024: General Improvements 2025: Water Park Expansion 2026: Family Ride Package 2027: RMC coaster

Yeah, I definitely yelled at the Renegade ride op on the control panel. She was slow and fat and was looking on her phone when the ride was in motion and the other train was just sitting on the end brake. The guy at Excalibur is really good, though. At the begin inning of the season, High Roller was having train issues, so it slowed the crew down. Don't know how her being "Fat" is something to be yelled at for.

Yeah but seriously... Last year you were giving out themes of the "coaster" and telling people that you knew what was coming. You were Giving out hints as if you actually knew what was going to be announced. That was more than you just speculating, you were full on feeding people BS. You got people's hopes up for the 2016 season. You're not an optimist, you just like when people listen to you.

Remember when Garyman6 used to hint a new roller coaster for 2016... Like he actually knew something??? Lol what a bunch of BS

It would never happen but can you imagine how much this page would blow up if they announced a new b&m invert for 2016!?

I've felt almost all summer that we were going to get a big flat ride this year. Valleyfair (in my opinion) needs one really bad. X-treme swing always pulls massive lines and I feel like a delirium clone would really pull thrill seekers in. I've been on MaxAir and it's one of the best flat rides I've ever been on. I really think it would be a perfect fit for the park.

Do you guys think a Delrium clone is possible for 2016? It would kinda compete against Nick Universe's new flat ride.

Although I think an RMC would be really cool, I don't think it's all that realistic! Valleyfair has it covered with a very nice GCI and I feel like an RMC might take away from renegade. But if they did do an RMC, I'd love to see a really cool name to go along with it-- "Excalibur Reborn" or something like that! Anyways, our best bet is: A.) Chance Hyper GT-X B.) B&M Invert C.) B&M wing (long shot) Do you guys think we could ever get an "S&S freespin 4D"? I feel like that could be really realistic for Valleyfair!

Okay so I work at Caribou Coffee and we post a question on the chalkboard for customers to respond to. Well the question we posted this weekend was "what is your favorite ride or roller coaster" and there were some "wild things", "corkscrews", "space mountains", "tower of terrors" etc.... But someone wrote "Top thrill Dragster at Six flags Ohio".... Doesn't it drive you crazy when people think six flags owns all amusement parks and is the best? Honestly, cedar fair (in my opinion) is so much better than six flags.

The only big difference that I found was the airtime. Magnum's airtime is pretty intense! Otherwise, there isn't much of a difference that I recall! Magnum is a tad bit jerkier and a littler rougher than Wild Thing but Magnum is more intense.

I could really see a B&M inverted or floorless coaster for 2017! 10 years of waiting for a new coaster is a long time, I think they will make it pretty cool.
