No, I don't think one did. As long as I've been going to Conneaut Lake Park there has never been a rollerskating rink. If one did burnt down it would have been a very long time ago. The only recent major fires at the park was the Dreamland Ballroom fire in 2008 and the Beach Club fire in 2013.
