Does anyone have any idea of where the topscan will be going? I hope it's pieces aren't sitting out in the sun somewhere, I remember there were pieces of it under Furys first drop.

This seems to have gone under the radar, Kissime is getting an SBF Visa looping frisbee

I have never been to Lake Compounce and don't know much about the park so I have a few Questions
1. How long are the waits on a typical Sunday?' If I stop by the park it would be this Sunday.
2. Are there after 4 tickets? And if they are is that enough time to do the park? I heard it's rather small.
3. Is Boulder Dash really all the hype? I love ejector airtime and if I go out of my way to visit this park I would hope this coaster has some nice ejector.

Looks like an amazing ride! I need to get to Liseberg and get on Balder, Helix and Mechanica!

Do you think they changed the harness at all? Flying Aces apparently has a different harness. Both similar but different curves on there lap bars.

Ive found a video of the craziness

I shall be at Carowinds tomorrow wearing a black Cedar Point shirt. If you see me say hey Mark!

I hope this coaster has more of a Fury 325 feel then a Diamondback feel. Some of these B&M hypers have really strong layouts. This one can hopefully be up there with the better ones!

Can someone please take a picture of Ninja in its current state?

More "good" news!

Oh hell yeah!

This gets me so excited! I have hope that I will be able to ride it opening week. I'm going towards the end of the week so hopefully I will be able to jump on this bad boy!
-
^YESSS! That's such a great ride. Giant Discovery is a far superior ride to any similar model. I hope Six Flags invests in more of them. I want one here at SFOG.
I agree, we have nothing like that at Six Flags Over Georgia

Does anyone know if the final 2 pieces have been put in yet? I can't wait to see this thing testing!
-
RMC just posted this...pretty interesting to see if other smaller parks start getting RMC's more often.
Isn't this the same layout as the t-Rex track they posted? But this one has wood track instead.

Will these flats be ready by opening day? I was thinking about making the trip to Carowinds over spring break but if there not ready I will have to postpone my trip to April

I wonder what this bending technology is. Hopefully then can fix this coaster of its that bumpy. I've been on 3 SLC's and none are that enjoyable

What ever happened to the Mondial Topscan that was supposed to be coming to this park? Are the pieces still on site?
-
This looks insane! I think it would look even better at Unversal Studios Orlando!
-
Any news on the Mondial Topscan? It's strange how they haven't announced it yet.
-
Whoa, that looks sweet! Are those considered interlocking corckscrews?
-
I can't seem to find the parts for it on the webcam. Hopefully they install it here and aren't holding it for another park. I've always wanted to ride one of these but there so rare down south that is nearly impossible to find one.
-
This looks epic!! I've always wanted to ride a Mondial Topscan. How do we know it's not a Zierer star shape? Don't they have the same seats?

I'm not typically one to be a Debby Downer' date=' but this is pretty underwhelming announcement. I don't care what kind of "records" this thing breaks, no matter how you look at it, Sheikra did most of what this coaster does 10 years ago. The lack of a tunnel, water splash, or theming in general kinda kills the excitement of this coaster for me.[/quote']
I also view it like this. Having Sheikra so close gave me higher hopes for this coaster, but this still looks like this coaster could have been designed around the same time as Sheikra...

I hope lightning rod is open tomorrow. I drove 9 hours to ride it so let's all pray it's open. If it's as good as Wicked Cyclone or Golaith then it must be really bad ass
