  1. Hope they light up the front gate towers with LED's or something. Maybe paint them Cedar Point colors.
  2. Yeah if that's 170ft or so, that first loop is something like 140ft at the inversion point. Even Raptors first loop is big, this is one hell of a dive after the inversion
  3. I'd love to see this come out to be at 200 ft, ever since riding the magnum as a kid 200 has been kind of a magical number for coasters. Something about that height (and above) is wonderful.
  4. Any estimates on the height? I see 67 mph, looks to be what, 170?
  5. Inline Twist > Inversion style drop Large Loop Element Airtime HUGE CORKSCREW Zero G Roll Through TWO Keyholes Immealman Styled Overbank Turn ......something new Another Zero G Roll through TWO keyholes Brake Run Twisty Low-to-the-ground layout Station. OK....you have me sold CP! This is gorgeous Agreed, ton of fun features. However by the photos it looks like you'll only go through the keyholes once, the track is behind the keyhole on the way back. Edit: Although, looking at it again, it does have a "leg chop" (close to the concrete pillars) on the way back.
  6. That airtime hill looks amazing...I mean all of it does but wasn't expecting that.
  7. Still think it's some sort of wing, but for the sake of humor (and no seriousness whatsoever), one the first things I thought of when I saw that blue shape image was the road runners head from the old Wild E Coyote cartoons, lol.
  8. Holy cow... think about that last clue and their most recent facebook post (along with what's below) "We have a thing for numbers" "That puts us at 15 when we had been at 17 at the beginning of the season. We lost two coasters already this season and I know that we don't like to be behind in our coaster standings. So stay tuned..." "They will be set free" "0 7 91 97 21 2" If I'm seeing that code right...goosebumps.. Post edit, a new tweet... http://ow.ly/i/P3lD
  9. Nice photos. Regarding the new banner "we can't keep it locked away much longer". First thing I thought of was greek mythology and some of the water based creatures, Leviathan (as stated before), Kraken. I also read up on Daedalus and Icarus (which both had constructed wings and were "locked up" in the labyrinth of Minotaur as the link below says) http://www.lenntech.com/water-mythology.htm Or it could be a play on words and it's going to be called the Loch Ness Monster
  10. That too, although you can also get 7 2012 1997 (year steel force opened). Which is kinda interesting considering the previous clue was a black and white photo of the steel force logo/eyes. Not sure how the 7 would fit in though. The other however, with the coaster statistics, is more likely.
  11. Hi everyone, New to the discussion but long time lurker of these forums, figured I'd throw in my 2 cents on some of these hints we've been given. 0 7 91 97 21 2 I, along with a fellow co-worker were looking this over today at work (productive workday eh?). At first it didn't look like anything. I noticed a few of you were arranging numbers, but what if all you did was move the 0 and flip it? 2012 79 197 Any thoughts on this, or maybe it sparks something in someone elses mind? I know 2012 isn't the year its opening, but construction/announcement could be part of this not-so-random number clue (considering the numbers repeat, I don't think the original clue is a false lead, the numbers aren't random enough. 4 sets of duplicate numbers and one 0)
