TOUGH question.... I've been to both many times, but, now that my kids are older (and I'm older!), Cedar point wins. I love Disney and always feel good while there (even though my wallet springs a HUGE leak while I'm there). Cedar point has more of an attraction for me now that I'm past the young kids stage in my life. Great topic. Take care everyone.
