I may have been the only one to notice it yesterday, but I really enjoyed the music played inside the Lex Luthor building. I didn't recognize any specific songs but it was all very motivating orchestra music - one of my passions. Did anyone else notice it, or know where it might be from?

So...still no construction on Lex Luthor? Not even some parts of the ride in the parking lot?

I've never been to WCB before, but who knows, maybe I'll make it this year!!

Were there fireworks at the Mountain tonight (just now)? I heard a bunch of fireworks loud and clear from my house in Canyon Country, and from my window they seemed to be coming from SFMM's direction.

Hit up the Mountain yesterday. Jet Stream had a LOT of water in its flume; the pre-lift section was nearly overflowing. Deja Vu deconstruction is already underway: The cars are sitting right behind Apocalypse's brake run/transfer track building. Is that digging machine in the unused dirt lot (see last picture) anything to get excited about?

While driving past the park on the 5 freeway just now, I noticed a splotch of yellowish light on the back of SEFK's tower...couldn't tell what it was from that far away. Has anyone else noticed it?

...Colossus is open all day(at least it was when I visited)... I could be wrong, but when I went last year Colossus didn't open until 7pm with the rest of the Fright Fest activities.

Superman:EFK was awesome! Unfortunately there were technical delays today, so it didn't open until around 4PM. According to an employee, the cold weather causes it to misfire and stop at the end of the launch occasionally. But it was totally worth the wait, I got to ride twice. And the station wasn't stuffy or smelly this time.

I originally thought S:EFK would be more exciting than GL, but now I'm having second thoughts...the track looks awesome! I really like that color.

The wind was blowing pretty good in the Santa Clarita Valley today, but according to weather forecasts it's supposed to be even worse the next few days.

...Ninja was the fifth of Arrow's suspended coasters... Of course parks area always concerned about regulations, but there's no reason why SFMM would have more trouble building a drop tower than Knott's or DCA.

Does anyone know how often Superman performs tests? Are they at regular intervals or completely random? I've driven past the park many times in the past few days, but haven't seen any action.

You're right, I just noticed in the video that it has 2 for the 1st row and then 4 for the rest of the rows. I'm sure that'll negatively affect the wait time for the front (or back?), since the front row seemed to have longer lines than any other rows and had only 3 seats. On the contrary, some people might be content with sitting in the second row's outer seats since there'll be no seats in front of them. I know I would. EDIT: Oh, the two seats are at the back of the car. Nevermind then.

Living about 9 miles from the park, I got at least 2 inches of the white stuff. Doesn't the snow slow the trains down? I guess there wasn't enough yet at that time.

I would wait. Goliath isn't that great of a ride IMO, but Batman would probably be worth it, especially after it reopens. Besides, if you get a season pass, you're going to pay $60 whether you buy it now or later.

Just got back from the park. I was really disappointed that so many rides were closed. X2, Riddler's, Batman, DejaVu, Goliath, and Scream! were all closed :/ Batman is so pretty...
