John's Incredible Pizza in Riverside was an impressive discount pizza buffet. The place was clean and modern. It had soooo many different choices of pizza, a good looking salad buffet, icees, several desserts, 10 or so pastas and soup. The arcade was pretty big and even had a legit carnival ride inside, as well as the Incredible Coaster. Did we ride the coaster and get the credit??? You'll just have to wait for the official trip report to find out. The only thing I CAN tell you that we did:
WE GOT THE DUCKY!!!!!

Oh MY!!!!! What have I done?????!!!!!!!!
However, the reason I posed the question is that I USED CoasterFanatics as my counting source. But they haven't updated their site in well over a year, and I can't even log in now. So I went to CoasterCounter. Suddenly, my count is Waaaaayyyyyy different. And, figuring that they will eventually STOP existing, I'd just make my own Excel Spreadsheet.
I'm pretty sure I'll count different layout dueling coasters like Dueling Dragons etc as TWO. Racing coasters like Colossus as ONE. SFMM Superman's as ONE. Backward coasters that do /did ride forward as ONE. Relocated coasters as NEW at their park (Roadrunner express came from another park???? I had NOOOO idea!!!!). And Journey to Atlantis @ SWSD....YEAH, I call it a coaster, with an asterisk.
I think we can safely CLOSE THIS THREAD now. Thx.

I am asking for OPINIONS here, as everybody's method of counting coasters is different.
Where do you draw the line as to what counts as a DIFFERENT credit, when referring to the SAME ride????
Obviously, if you ride a coaster like Scream @ SFMM, that counts as ONE credit. End of story.
But what about dual track coasters?
Some, such as Lightning Racers as Hershey or Dueling Dragons at IOA seem like no brainers (Each side is a credit, since they are vastly different layouts - essentially, TWO completely different coasters that intertwine).
Others, such as Rebel Yell at King's Dominion are not such different tracks. Or Racer at Kennywood, is actually ONE LONG MIRROR IMAGE TRACK. Where is the differential, or should EACH side count as a different credit???
What about BACKWARD driven coasters?
For 26 years, Racer at King's Island ran ONE train forward and ONE train backward. I rode both the forward AND backward sides, and NOW there is NO backward option. Same for SFMM Colossus. I've rode BOTH sides forward and ONE SIDE backward for Halloween. Is this ONE credit ONLY. OR is it TWO CREDITS, one per side??? OR is it THREE credits, one per side AND one backward. OR is it TWO credits, ONE for the ride forward and ONE backward???
What about SUPERMAN: The Escape & SUPERMAN: Escape from Krypton???
ONE Credit, same ride. OR TWO credits via the forward-backward argument????
How about Space Mountain???
1970's version vs 2000's redux: same name, same location, same building, same concept theme, COMPLETELY DIFFERENT COASTER. ONE credit or TWO???
I'll take any other similar examples as well.

CONGRATS BRIAN!!!!! You were a fierce competitor!
Awesome TR Big Mike, I'm so glad you two decided to brave Mexico and returned victorious. That's why Big Mike is THE MAN! And congrats, Megan, on your 300th!

Mr. Bebe is seriously impressed!!!!!!! Looking forward to the rest of your reports. Keep it up!!!!

Thanks everyone!!!! It was, again, a challenging report to put together.
Caesar, I had a GIF with you, but Lady Bebe thought it sucked. Not you (or your beard), but the GIF.
Big Mike!!!! We go back to work next week, but hopefully we may be able to meet up with you on Friday at SFMM. Fingers crossed that the contractors are done with our bathroom by then.

Entertaining Trip Report AJ!
I must admit and concur that you missed out on something incredible by NOT trying the back seat of El Toro (MY #2 ranked woodie). What an awesome experience!!
I've found that the same coaster can give you completely different ride experiences depending on your position on the train. For instance, the first time I rode your #1, Phoenix, I rode in the back. Meh. It probably doesn't crack my top 20. BUT THEN I rode in the front! OMFG!!!! What an amazing ride!!! After a dozen or so spins in various rows, I concluded that the best ride on Phoenix (MY #3 ranked woodie) is in ROW 3. VASTLY different ride experience between front and back on that one.
So what's my #1 woodie???? VOYAGE. Based on my 2006 rides when it was brand new.

West Coast Bash 2012 : Day 2
Knotts Berry Farm
It was early morning as we prepared for West Coast Bash : Day 2 at Knotts Berry Farm. Still groggy from a short night of rest, Lady Bebe had the keen sense to hear a strange sound coming from deep within the kitchen. Tick... Tick... Tick... Tick... Tick... Is it a BOMB???!!!!
DING! Nope. It's just Mr. Bebe making a Pop Tart. Yeah, it was a REALLY short night of rest.
We gathered our belongings and made the 45min drive south to Knott's Berry Farm (aka Knott's Theme Park).
Free parking was until 7am. Backstage tours started at 7am. ERT started at 8:30am. We arrived right at 7am to find quite a long line of Bashers waiting to sign up for Backstage Tours.
After only moments, they announced that all tours EXCEPT the Roundhouse were full. Of course, Roundhouse was the only one we had previously taken part in, and the only available times were DURING ERT. We decided to pass.
With nothing much to do for the next hour, we just stood in the courtyard and watched the Rapids Transit.
SuperShawn had a Montezooma's Tour scheduled and when they called for it, The Bebes just sorta slinked along with them. Yeah, we're massive rule breakers, but we stayed pretty far back and let the legit participants get up close and personal.
It was just about 8:30am now, and we could see Excellerator cresting from across the park. ERT!!!!
Hi David & Spears.... BYE David & Spears!!!!
Gratuitous lezbo moment
SuperShawn & David Love Rides together
El parque abrió y dirigimos hacia uno de nuestros paseos planos más predilectos, La Revolucion, en la Aldea de Fiesta
Before we knew it, it was time for the Group photo at Wagon Camp. Mr. Bebe's backside was seriously molested by Matt Harcey's front side during the taking of this photo. At least he wore a hood.
The surface of the stage was BOUNCY!
It was all a trap! Some cowboys held up Mr. Bebe and stole all of his money.
Werewolves beware: Silver Bullet
MonteZOOMa's Revenge makes me crap my pants everytime
Lady Bebe gives KBF's newest ride, Windseeker, a big thumbs up.
Windseeker --- Ironically shuts down as soon as it FINDS wind.
The TPR Quest contestants compete for prizes during lunch
Robb told the contestants to FIND and bring to the stage: a SPEAR. SuperShawn quickly grabbed Brittney and ran her to the stage.
Lady Bebe strips off her bra for SuperShawn
Shirley, that must be the Grand Prize
Cliff wows the crowd with an enthusiastic rendition of Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody
After lunch, we headed to an entertaining Q&A and 2012 Haunt presentation
Night was soon upon us and ERT was approaching
Two trips to Ghostrider (one just after the park opening & one right at closing) and the photo both was closed both times. No FREE on-ride photo.
ERT HiJinx in the special VIP Xcellerator line
The Bebes had an awesomely Manly day at WCB 2012 : KBF.
Thanks to David, Brittney, Shawn, Shane, JoAnna, Holden, Cliff, Caesar, TJ and everyone else who made our day soooo much fun!!!!!!
