I was there today and only saw LL:DOD do one full drop test while for the rest of the day, they were just pulling the gondolas up and down the tower. They also tested Superman a few times during the afternoon as well. As I was leaving after park closing time, I noticed they replaced the old blinking red light bulbs on the tower with some new brighter red LED-type lights instead. Just a tiny detail, but it seems to give the tower a more modern look during night time now.

Looks like I'm not the only one that had that same thought. -
Im looking at a video of some tech rehearsals that was posted today and I noticed that the left side car now has a green wrap on the front (and a few new ones on the side).. Kinda funny how theres so much green with the que line neon lights and now the nose of the car when Superman's weakness (kryptonite) is the color of green also.. EDIT: Heres the video..(not mine) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=54KHTQuR6wY

I might head down to the park sometime this week... Does anyone have an idea how the crowds will be? And another thing I still wonder about is that does X2 still close the line an hour before park closing or is that a thing of the past.. I know they used to do it back before the transformation and Im just wondering.. Thanks!

^ Funny how I too overheard a GP conversation while I was on Batman after the had ended..we were waiting for us to be moved to the station when I hear these girls talking about wooden coasters...the first one asks, "Whats a wooden coaster?"... The other girl gives her the obvisous answer and she ends up replying "Well, thats so stupid, why would they make a ride out of wood?!"... That made me chuckle a bit The audio on X2 was working fine with me though I did notice one side of the flamethrowers were working like you said... And yes I got the back row alone...I thought I was gonna kick myself in the face through that last raven turn

Hey guys! Just came back from the Mountain today...it wasnt too packed with most of the ride being 20-30 minute waits while a few being walk-ons... Got on Terminator once, Riddlers twice, Batman twice, Scream twice, Goliath twice, Revolution once, Viper three times, X2 once, Tatsu once, and Ninja once...Superman was the only ride closed (interesting on how they blocked off the entire section starting from the Laughing Dragon rather than just the enterance)... It was a good day overall for me

Could you please tell me the expiration date on your skip the line pass? I would like to see if the expiration date is different than Eric's since you went to the park 2 weeks after he did. SFMM answered my e-mail today and I am not going to get credit for my visit last week. I would like to see if there is any chance that I can use the pass in June since my first visit which is eligible for rewards won't be until April. I am still unsure of what went wrong. I signed up for Funatics months ago. Also, how can they say I was not opted in to receive e-mails when I have been receiving e-mails from them? Here is the complete response I received today. Thank you for contacting Six Flags. I apologize, but when you processed your season pass, you were not opted in to receive emails from Six Flags. Because of this, you did not receive credit for your first visit. I order to receive credit for your visit, you need to be opted in by midnight during your visit. I went ahead and opted you in to receive emails, so on your next visit, you will begin to receive credit for your visits. We look forward to your next visit. Have a Six Flags Day! ^May 12 is the expiration date for the skip the line pass... Yesterday was my first trip of the year and got myself a new season pass...I just got the email for my line pass this morning
