I was the one that wrote the article and visited Vekoma. These trains are not for existing coasters like SLC's but mostly for the new coasters Vekoma will built. The type you see here is for a suspended family coaster. But the seats are also usable for normal (c.q. not suspended) coasters and when the coaster has inversions they add very comfortable belts. But this system is not yet finished
