  1. Left 4 Dead just won X-Play's Best Of 2008 Awards for "Best Shooter" and "Best Multiplayer Game". http://www.g4tv.com/xplay/videos/35410/XPlay_Best_of_2008_Best_Shooter.html http://www.g4tv.com/xplay/videos/35405/XPlay_Best_of_2008_Best_Multiplayer_Game.html
  2. Excellent game. This is probably my favorite game of the year. It's been nominated for GOTY on a lot of big lists, and I'm not surprised. I'm not much for co-op games. So I had no intention of picking up L4D. But the NPC AI is amazing. Your partners will clear a room, point out needed supplies, heal you when you're dying, save you from a boss, give helpful tips and everything else you need them to do. It's like you're playing with a real team. I've never seen AI like this in a game before. So even if you're a single-player gamer, this is still a great game. Also check out the guide book. They did a really good job. Even though the game is always unique, the book provides some backstory and lots of great tips. 3. Thanks for the input Will. I guess I'll look into a MiniDV cam. So can anyone recommend a MiniDV cam in the $400 range. Right now I'm looking at the Sony DCR-HC38 and HC48. Thanks.
  4. Does anyone have some input on which format (Mini-DV, Hard Drive, DVD, Flash) is best and which should be avoided? I was looking at the Sony DCR-DVD108, but I wonder if the DVD will work smoothly on rides. Thanks for the help.
