Big In Japan

This is gonna sound daft for my first ever post here, but there is a video I downloaded from here showing Sea Paradise and Cosmoworld and the soundtrack is a really cool techno version of Alphaville's "Big In Japan".

 

I LOVE this track and cannot find it anywhere or know who its by.

 

Can anyone shed any light for me, or does anyone actually have it to send me?

The version of "Big in Japan" in question is listed as by DJ-Visage, but I think it is a version by the group Tokia released under the "Dance Factory" label:
