Hospitality in Paris - Parc Astérix + Disneyland

Hi all ! I'm Philippe-Minh, a French newcomer here (my presentation is there). I've already been following the rollercoaster news for 7/8 years though, on French-speaking websites like CoasterWorld and Ameworld.

I plan to travel somewhere in Europe with member from these sites this summer. I love trips to theme parks, you discover new places, new cultures but in a FUN way ! In my opinion, it's also great since you can meet new people you know nothing about but with whom you share one (or more !) interest.

 

As probably many of you, I eagerly watched the construction of Osiris @ Parc Astérix. It seems this new inverted has renewed interest for parkfan trips around Paris. Thus, I propose to escort anyone here who plans to visit the Parc Astérix during this summer ! I've been living near Paris for almost 20 years, so I could help with the language barrier and I can also serve as a FREE guide tour in/around Paris. It's not necessarily about showing the big tourist clichés like Le Louvre or the Eiffel Tower, but much more about finding cool places to eat/walk around/have a drink. The only thing I ask for in return, is that I can take part in your trip to the Parc Astérix or Disneyland !

 

I'll stay in Paris for much of the summer except between July 27th and August 4th and during late August. You can leave a message in this topic or send me an MP so I can give you my mail adress (or even cellphone number). It would be a genuine pleasure to companion English-speaking theme park enthousiasts : I (obviously) love riding coasters and I love speaking in English as well.
