Well, I didn't know where to put this topic, but everytime I go to a theme park and I come back to go to bed, I can't go to sleep because it feels like the world is spinning so fast and as if I'm falling. Only when I sit upright do I then feel normal and that feeling gets lost. I've just been wondering if anybody has experienced anything like it, and if so if you have any tips, advice or techniques to get rid of that feeling, because that creates some of the worst nights for me. Thanks.

No one should be offering you medical advice on a theme park enthusiast board. Your best bet is to consult a doctor if it effects that much.

We get this type of question asked three or four times a year it seems, so you are not alone but we just don't want a bunch of amateur doctors throwing out medical advice on here.
