Flash Passes @ La Ronde

I'm thinking about heading to La Ronde this summer, and I have heard it is a busy park.

 

Would a flash pass be a must have to enjoy La Ronde and ride everything?

What is the difference between the Standerd and Gold Flash Passes?

If you want to really get on everything at La Ronde, then yes, I would get the flashpass as it gets really busy in the summer and the lines there move very slowly.
