Yep, Dell, that was the manufacturer. I heard about that problem several times now and all people that experienced it had a DELL with flatscreen. Anyway, go into the advanced options for your display properties and switch dpi from 120 (what you most likely have) to 96. I assume that you have XP installed, which I don't have, so I can't give better instructions. Buster.

my guess: you're using a flatscreen and have your dpi set to 120. It's a certain manufacturer that does that, don't remember name. Solution: change that. Buster.
