Ok sorry about my post robb, anyways i'll try to be more detailed. I live in maine, and I heard people talking about this guy who is building a huge amuesment park in northern maine. I'm not sure where, but my dad is a truck driver and he says there is a ton of land near and just north of the sebago lake region, and he says that they are surverying the land and they put markers all over the place. Also there was a town meeting for a permit to install traffic lights on roads near the land, the project was listed as a "tourist attraction" so it didn't really say much, but I heard it was a new theme park. I was just wondering if anyone else has heard of what they are building there? I would appreciate any feedback.

I heard that there is a new company planning to open a new theme park in the northeastern usa in the next year or two, does anyone know anything about this? i would like more information if anyone has it.
