In my opinion, wait times never stay the same from day to day and are usually kind of unpredictable. Usually Superman has long lines because of how long it takes between dispatches, King Da Ka has long lines because it has to wait for Zumanjaro. El Toro, Nitro, and Bizarro handle crowds very very well. Some weekdays in June, a wait for a ride won't reach 20 minutes, but also with schools coming to an end lots of schools may go to the park and cause increase in wait times. Most weekends during the summer are packed with wait times that could reach well over 2 hours. It really just depends on when you choose to go.

Hello everyone, i'm planning on heading up to Great Adventure for fright fest and have two dates already set in mind. Friday September 22nd and Saturday October 7th. I know the park is only open from 5:30-Midnight on fridays but I feel it will be a mad house on any Saturday of Fright Fest, can someome tell me which day is better?

Hello everyone, I haven't been following this thread but I just wanted an opinion. I know that August is probably one of the busiest times of the year behind fright fest because of the usual summer crowds and the camps. I am going next Friday and was wondering if I should spend the money for a regular or gold flash pass or just wait on the lines. The weather is supposed to be around 90 with no chance of rain. Also will The Joker be back open by next week, or is this information only Six Flags knows?

I have heard that lines for The Joker, Zumanjaro, and King Da Ka have been reaching almost 3 hours early in the day. Is this true? I plan on going next Friday and am trying to decide whether I need a Flash Pass or not. My friends and I can deal with the camps and the 1.5/2 hr long lines, but over that it starts to get ridiculous.

You might be on to something! *wink wink* But I wouldn't expect Blackbeard. That thing saddles more than anything. As for Old Country, as much as I would love an RMC of any kind, and a dueling T-Rex would be absolutely insane, I'm not too sure an RMC is coming very soon. There will definitely be some renovations coming to that area in the next few years. Personally I would love to see a Justice League: Battle For Metropolis built in the 4D Theater's old spot in the boardwalk, as a great dark ride would make the park feel complete (and be another indoor ride for HiTP)! 2017 feels too soon for another coaster, but who knows! For some reason I also feel that 2017 is going to be a very big year, then again I thought 2016 was going to be a big year too. Not saying I don't want total mayhem, just thought we would've gotten something else.

I went to the park yesterday, and have never seen the park that crowded. I got there around 3 and waited in line for my trail wristband. By the time we got the wristband and walked to superman, it was already 4:00. The woman told us about an hour and it ended up being 2 hours 15 minutes. We were then going to go to king da ka but someone said the line was out the entrance so we decided to take a trip to el toro. The line wrapped around the fence and went down to the bridge. 2 hours. Next we used our passes and went through bloodshed. About an hour wait and I was very satisfied. Next we did forgotten carnival which was about a 45 minute wait. It was incredible! I jumped a bunch of times, definitely the best one. Lastly we walked over to asylum, which was an hour wait, and went through that. I've always loved asylum and it did not dissapoint. I couldn't believe how crowded it was, all the lines were pretty much 2 hours. I was there for 8 hours and got through 3 trails and went on 2 rides. Definitely getting a flash pass next time.
