Actually if you look close when it gets to the top of the hill before the reverse section not only can you see Sidewinder but you can see the yellow boomerang coaster and the white wooden structure of Twister II

If that is Sidewinder, then you can see Sport Authority Field in the background as well, which is directly next to Elitch Gardens. Is it going where Flying Coaster was? Looks like it from what I know of the park and what is shown in the video

I think it's safe to say that the GCI Reverse Switchback Coaster is going to Elitch Gardens. I spotted Sidewinder, their observation tower and the Pepsi Center in the rendering. Also the coaster in the rendering is situated in the area where they had their flying coaster that was removed.
